I will always recommend this hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel four or five times now, and each time has been a pleasure. The hotel is incredibly clean, and the staff is extremely serious, professional, and welcoming.

Compared to last year, this year’s lasagna was extremely disappointing. It was dry and lacked the usual complimentary bread. Additionally, my wife’s salad, which included specific ingredients, was missing two of them. Additionally I paid a considerable amount for my stay even though breakfast was not included which was a bit weird!

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, excellent breakfast and the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city! On my next stay, I will absolutely come to this hotel again.

Breakfast was brilliant.

Unfortunately there was a muck up with our room change. Told one thing by staff member & the opposite by another staff. We returned to front desk quite a few times trying to sort it out, seemed an unnecessary mistake.

The best place to stay!

The staff were friendly, accommodating, organised, professional, well-spoken (in English and Macedonian) and helpful. The facilities and inclusions were of high quality and standards. The food and drinks were tasty and up to standard. The location was prime and convenient.

Parking was the only slightly difficult aspect because we had a tall minivan.

In the restaurant I would expect some local traditional food at dinner but there was none, only "generic" hotel food, which was delicious. Local wines were served at diner at they were simply amazing! I recommend!

Best hotel we have had in Europe

This was by far the best accommodation we have had in Europe. Large clean rooms, friendly staff who can’t do enough to assist and a fantastic variety at breakfast great value for money and highly recommended . The indoor pool, spa, steam room and relaxation area were an added free bonus that helped us relax after 60 days travelling Europe. Highly recommended

Great location and helpful staff

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of choice and there is enough space for guests. We forgot an item on our table during breakfast and returned to pick it up 1 hour later. The staff was able to find the item quickly and return it to us. The spa is very big and peaceful, especially the jacuzzi. We loved it.

There was an odour in the entrance of the hotel and elevators that made it uncomfortable to use the common spaces. I'm not sure if it was coming from the cleaning products or from the lack of them.

Great location, a bit overpriced and plenty of additional costs(parking, WiFi, breakfast)

The location of the hotel is right in the city center, walking distance everywhere. The room was spacious and well equipped and very comfortable bed. There is great breakfast buffet but you need to pay for it.

The staff at the reception were not very friendly. The hotel was supposed to have a parking but you have to pay for it, which we didn’t know about as it is not very clear in the booking process. We managed to park in the street in front of the hotel as there was no parking zone but otherwise we had to pay extra. The breakfast fast wasn’t included either and there is extra cost for that. The WiFi is relatively slow if you don’t pay extra, and the tv doesn’t have any good channels, only ad channel for the hotel and a few news channels which is really boring when you are willing to relax in the room. The bathroom was big but open and see through which makes it very uncomfortable for friends or people who are not close to enough as you can see everything while someone is taking a shower. Also since it was open inside the whole bathroom gets very wet and you can’t use the sink after a shower as you get all wet.

One of the best city centre hotels I've stayed in.

the location of this hotel was superb - very close to the river, bars and restaurants. We stayed for 2x 1 night stays in the same week, and were really impressed by the excellent reception staff who were very helpful in dealing with our late arrivals and early departures each time. Because of how well we were looked after for our first (very brief) first night stay we looked forward to returning later in the week. Hotel itself is very grand, rooms large and very well equipped. There are cheaper alternatives in Skopje but I still found this to be very good value for the reasons stated. Will return.

The option of a buffet breakfast earlier would have been good (we had to leave before breakfast time for both of our stays.) Signposting from the carparking to reception could be better.

Perfect

I was welcomed by friendly staff. The building is beautiful and perfectly located in the city center. Many food and coffee places around and just a short walk from old bazaar. I loved the gym and spa a and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

If I have to mention something. The toilet light automatically switches on when you enter. Not so convenient when it’s late at night. The light wakes you up.
