Friendly, comfortable and a great location

In a great, central location on the main square. Friendly, welcoming staff. Spacious modern room with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and modern with a great shower. Breakfast is a set menu (good quality) in the smart cafe/restaurant on the ground floor. The restaurant also serves excellent food in the evening. Overall a great place to stay in Skopje and excellent value!

Excellent stay

Excellent location and very friendly staff, breakfast was fantastic and located in a beautiful restaurant. Room was very large, beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean with a great shower. Price was very reasonable too.

Very little to complain about, only issue is that it could be clearer when booking that there are prices per room and per adult, but I was able to resolve this very quickly on the day.

Very disappointing hotel, although the location was excellent.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within easy walking distance of a good choice of restaurants and the major attractions. Our small balcony had a wonderful view over the main square. The room was spacious and quite tastefully decorated. The front desk staff were friendly.

Our room was not clean. The bathroom was especially dirty and a part of the wall was broken. The elevator was disgustingly dirty as were the stairs leading up to the hotel rooms. Breakfasts were really hard to enjoy because people were allowed to smoke in the restaurant. The non-smoking area was right at the back of the restaurant with no wall to prevent the smoke from coming across. The breakfast staff were a little slow and not always the friendliest.

Cleanliness was very poor

The location

The location is excellent, but unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The cleanliness was very poor, and we encountered several issues, including a toilet that wouldn’t flush and a clogged shower. The overall condition of the room was not satisfactory, and the sheets appeared unclean. Additionally, the staff at the hotel restaurant were quite rude, which added to the disappointment.

This hotel would be our number 1 choice to stay in Skopje.

The room was very spacious. The receptionists were very helpful in securing taxis for us. And for other requests as well.

The restaurant was very smoky. I was under the impression that smoking was not allowed indoors, This deterred us from having any meals there, with the exception of the breakfast that was included, it was disconcerting that every table had smokers …..and even a gentleman smoking a cigar. Again not a pleasant environment to have a meal in.

The location just near the main square was perfect. Easy to walk to all areas of interest in Skopje. Room was spacious and very comfortable bed. Staff were excellent. I would recommend to stay.

No lift to rooms on first floor, but staff moved my bag up the stairs.

Location was second to none. We only had a few days in Skopje, so the location of this hotel was exceptional. Breakfast was good and there were a few options to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service

Excellent breakfast and very friendly service. We arrived very late 01.00 bit it was no problem to check in and then the next day, when our luggage had been delayed, the receptionist found mini toothbrush and toothpaste sets for us. They also took our luggage when it arrived later in the day and contacted us straightaway by phone and WhatsApp to let us know, even though we had already checked out. Excellent service, thoroughly recommended.

Highly recommendable hotel. Good value for money!

Very nice hotel and the location is world class. The hotel has a deal with the restaurant downstairs so you eat breakfast there in the middle of the Square.

Nice B&B/hotel as central as you can get it in Skopje

Great B&B right by Macedonian Square. Very helpful personell. Clean rooms. Breakfast was in restaurant in same building, where you can choose between several options.

There is no elevator. It was not a problem for us to carry suitcases up the stairs, but it might be for people with disabilities.

I had a perfect experience at Hotel London B&B in Skopje. Everything was spot on—from the warm and welcoming staff to the comfortable, clean rooms. (Big thanks to the ladies at the reception who helped me with everything). The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and major attractions. Breakfast was delicious and fresh . The overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Skopje—it truly exceeded my expectations!

Well located comfortable room!

Very nice room, very clean and comfortable enough for 1-2 persons, with large window and very nice mattress. Very well located and safe. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The breakfast was the only negative. you can select among 5-6 choices, not so delicious and there was no buffee. Moreover, the room was underground and dark (although it was clean).

Staff was amazing, helpful, cool and friendly. Location was awesome, you see the butt of Alexander's horse from the balcony - it can't be more in the center. General atmosphere was cool - it does resemble London.

The apartment was an old grandma's flat which was upgraded. It would be nice if the breakfast was a bit stronger and with larger choice. The breakfast was basically from the menu of the pub attached to the apartments.

A great value central hotel

This hotel is in a very central location and offers very comfortable rooms. The room we had has a view over the main square which was great but also had double layered windows to block the noise from outside which was great as Skopje is a noisy city at night! The beds were very comfortable- the best we slept in during out whole 5 week trip in the Balkans. The staff were very responsive, for example the shower head was a little damaged and the receptionist arrange for it to be changed straight away. Breakfast is served in the restaurant outside and it an off menu breakfast (not buffet) and there were a range of different breakfast options.

The hotel is in a very good location - a stone’s throw away from the square. It is also clean and looks luxurious. The room was big and comfortable.

The night staff did not know English, therefore communication was difficult. The breakfast is also not a buffet but you have to choose one item from a short menu. The food was cold and quite lacking. Only had breakfast once at the hotel as it was not worth it.
