Average quality with limitation due to the repairs and misfunction

Location and view from room.

Hotel renovated parking lot and we were not informed in advace about it. It would be benefitial for us to know about it. This could influence our planning and avoid being towed and fined. Help of the reception on the next morning was disaster. Everything have to be solved on our own. On the toilet was constant smell which was extremwly disturbing especially during our longer (one week) stay. On the fist day of our stay jacuzzi was without water and water in the pool was extremely cold. The worst thing was that we were not informed even about changes in the hotel even duribg our stay - finishing of parking lot repairs, funkcion of jacuzzi. Weak selection of food on the breakfast. Two day we were offered only omelet and several other meals. Hotel communicate in advance, but the only thing that they want know is the precise time of arrival. It would be beneficial for customers to use the email also to let know about planned renovation or not functioning some facilities in spas.

Our stay was nice but it was impossible to relax

The room was very comfortable and clean . The spa facilities were also nice although the jacuzzi was out of order that day. Breakfast was amazing.

Our stay was generally pleasant, but there were a couple of things that affected our sleep quality. The first night, around 5 a.m., we were woken up by the call to prayer from the mosque located right next to the hotel, which was quite loud through the speakers. In the mornings around 8–9 a.m. on both days, there were also renovation works in the neighboring rooms, and we could clearly hear drilling and similar noises.

Great hotel in an excellent location.

Superb location. 2 minutes walking to the old bazaar and 5 minutes from the stone bridge/river/square. Hotel wellness/spa was excellent. Sauna, steam room, pool & jacuzzi. The gym is also satisfactory.

Lots of buses/tour coaches parking close to hotel room windows. These make quite alot of noise when departing early in the mornings.

Très très bien

This beautiful hotel is very well situated, in a quiet area even if it is just near the old bazaar. The mosque morning appeal is very short and doesn't really disturb. The hotel is clean, good beds, all necessary free toiletries. The staff at reception 24/7 is friendly and professional. The breakfast is not varied though. Free access to SPA from around 1pm. The swimming pool is not huge but is not small - normal hotel size, sauna, big turkish bath, 3 "hot beds", many deck chairs; everything is clean, the atmosphere is relaxing; there is also a drinking water fountain in a lounge zone; but the jacuzzi unfortunately didn't work, and it wasn't announced at the site). We also did some massages. We recommend the hotel, it is clean, safe and a beautiful Spa.

Nice hotel dowtown is the old Cioty of Skopje

Staff was very nice. Room were ok. Restaurant staff was very helping and spoke many languages. The garden offered many tables and seatings, to enjoy some fresh air or a late night smoking.

The hotel, like - the old city of Skopje! - is a suite of "up and downs" (stairs) between floor and half floor levels. It's also a labirynth, quite difficult to navigate the first days!

Manage your expectations about 5stars, but location is great.

Reception and cleaning staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. And we loved the location, in a heart of action. I specifically said that I need good wifi and staff was kind to allocate me a room right next to wifi router.

Hoping that the 5 stars of the property would be somewhere near the standard 5 stars in Europe (or Turkey), this was no where near 5 starts. I am not trying to be mean, but just say how it was. 1. I needed good internet connection (and indicated that prior to arrival) for work meetings. First day of stay wifi was not available at all. Staff was helpful, trying to fix issues, service engineers came. Second day wifi was available but so unstable, that it was very difficult to have a Teams meeting so I ended up renting a co-working space for a week. 2. Breakfast... Selection very poor and repetative. What I lacked most - a proper coffee. You can get only that filtered coffee that tastes bad. Coffee from the proper coffeee machine was extra charge. It is allowed to smoke inside, so dear God, if you are not a smoker, be prepapered to be smoked out :) There is no outside terrace to escape smokers. You either eat in a room with smokers or you don't eat at all... The breafast area and especially bar area so messy and dirty. There were things everywhere where they were not supposed to be... I mean just a big mess... and quite dirty to be frank. That did raise me questions about hygiene, but to be fair and honest, neither me nor my husband had food poisining throughout the stay so that is a good sign. 3. Rooms... Room was spacious, but the rest of it was basically falling apart. Bathroom door lock broken, toilet paper holder broken, room worn down in general.

A nice, very well positioned hotel but not if you don't like smoking

This is a very pleasant hotel located close to the old town. There is a nice swimming pool/spa area and the breakfast had a good variety. The room was spacious and quiet.

In the totally enclosed breakfast/restaurant area people were smoking around the food which I realise is still permitted however we stayed in other hotels in Skopje where smoking was not encouraged in these areas. We would certainly not have dinner in this restaurant

Will not recommend if you’re on business

Helpful and nice staff.

Room cleaning not always the best. Gym isn’t clean and looks like someone’s private space, with empty bottles everywhere, dirty towels, someone’s sneakers… spa only opens at 12h! It’s a bit “nationality oriented”.

To be honest I do belive that when you pay for a 5 star there should be housekeeping There where not. We even had to ask for refill of toiletpaper twice as it was not put in three after we asked for it the first time.

very good option and amazing location.

spa was nice and the Thai Massage for 32 eur really really woth it. room 421 was very nice and confy. The last night we were moved to 412 and that was not really pleasent. Location is absolutely perfect

breakfast could be little better, staff during breakfast not exactly the best.
