Overall decent

The breakfast was not tasty and rather disappointing. There was very limited variety, especially when it came to vegetables. The yogurt was only available in bottled form, which felt quite basic. Overall, it was very average and below expectations for a 5-star hotel.

In addition, the shower was overflowing and I had to place towels on the floor to prevent the water from spreading into the bathroom, which was very inconvenient.

Very nice decorated, clean and big room. Hotel all in all very clean and well decorated.

In such a good and beautiful hotel we expected a better breakfast. The breakfast could be way better. Everthing was bas quality. I would suggest fewer items but higher quality products.

Far away from 5* hotel

Room was spacious. And that is about it. If you look just a bit closely, everything is done very clumsy and tries to be masked by some fancy appliances.

Hotel is rather outdated and would need renovation. I was waiting over 30 min in front of the room as the hook was broken. Then additional 20 min waiting for lift, which was also not working. I would rather not mention how they imagine cleaning the room...

Great hotel in Skopje center, very good value for money and excellent restaurant

Location very nice and close to city center, yet without the city center chaos. Very large and comfortable rooms.

The daily room cleaning could have been better (the staff forgot ones, the other times there was some sort of cleaning, but not once in 3 nights was our bed made).

Nice hotel, good service, some points for improvement

We had a lovely stay in what I think is one of the better hotels in the city. The restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. They know their craft perfectly! There was also great live music and a cozy atmosphere in the Brick Bar on Friday evening. 👌🏻 General manager Gurkan made us feel very welcome. Besides that, we got a room upgrade, the bed was excellent, the bathroom very nice, and the gym fantastic.

We were a little disappointed when the spa suddenly closed for three days for maintenance, without any prior notice. Fortunately, after we informed them, the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They offered discounts in the restaurant, complimentary drinks, and personalized service. We were taken seriously, which was very nice. Huge compliments. Despite this, you can tell the hotel is still developing. We expected a higher quality breakfast buffet from a 5-star hotel (the food for lunch and dinner was excellent, though). The table in the room was covered in dust, and the bathroom faucet was a bit dirty. Neither of these were cleaned. The dirty dishes in the room weren't always taken away. Unfortunately, we also had a broken coffee maker that needed replacing, and one of the cabinets was missing a hanging rail that would have been very useful.

Just few hangers and no hooks in the room, one small in the bathroom are not enough for putting the clothes on, hang towels and bathrobes after shower or visiting the spa

Nice and comfortable stay

The location was great for our needs, we did not have the need to use our car for local needs. Personnel was great, helpful for all you ask for... Clean and spatious room, with all details you might need for your stay. Pet friendly, you pay additional 10 euro per day, and parking secured in front of the hotel, also for 10 euros per day, this was explained in advance, no surprises there...

I have booked "Business Room with Balcony and Arena View", but there was no balcony! I was in a hurry at the check in (had to rush for a meeting) and did not have time to ask the reception about this, maybe they would have change it if I had the time to ask for a change... Hotel itself is very clean and nice, but the surroundings is not clean, a lot of garbage around (the stadium is just in front of the hotel), but this is not the responsibility of the hotel management

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the centre of Skopje.

Very good location, walking distance from the heart of the city. Spacious room, balcony, very good breakfast and comfortable parking. I would definitely come back.

Some elements in the room was a bit shabby, and regarding the room it felt like a 4 star hotel instead of a 5 star one. Although the room was nice and okay.

Amazing 5 star hotel. Marvellous rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Best hotel I've stayed at. They even have an ATM.

Great stay at the Park Hotel & Spa in Skopje

Great hotel with a wonderful staff : professional, welcoming, warm. Perfect location: city center and old bazar at walking distance (10 min) just walking along the Warda river. Great spa : perfect sauna and a big plus that is rare : a cold bath tub.

4 Star Hotel Experience at a stretch

Location. Staff are very polite, kind and helpful especially all the restaurant and room service staff are extremely customer centric.

- Spare beds in the room were most uncomfortable, rolling around on the wooden floor on their wheels - room windows dusty and unclean - shower lever broken - no instant coffee provided in the rooms, only pods which worked half the time and defective at other times, that too without any milk for coffee - view from river facing balcony is nothing great to pay premium price for as the walls are strewn with graffiti - no provision for fresh juices in breakfast; only option was for machine produced juices which were horrible else on an extra charge which made no sense when breakfast buffet is being charged for anyway - room air conditioning barely worked, we had to keep windows open through the night given the warm weather

I would definitely visit and stay at the hotel.

The open bufet breakfast was delicious. There is a healthy bar option for the people who concerns their diets. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a sauna, steam room and a little pool inside the spa they all meet our expextations.

They charge additional payment for the parking slot. But if you park your car near the hotel you get parking ticket from the government, there is no free parking space at all. The parking fee is daily 10 Eur at the hotel, the government charge much more. It is not much but maybe it can be cheaper.

Great stay for spa facilities, would recommend.

Spa, pool, steam room and sauna were great and a huge plus for staying at this hotel. I had a 60 minute massage which was good and reasonably priced. Gym was impressive with everything that you would need.

The check-in experience took longer than expected. I'm quite sure we requested twin beds ahead of time, but our room only had a double, so they set up an extra bed in the room, but I would have preferred a twin room from the start. Having said that, the staff dealt with it professionally and as fast as they could.

Very nice stay!

I liked the modern style of the room and no carpet policy in the hotel. Breakfast was great. The area at the river is perfect for sports people to jogg in the morning or have a walk in the park.

Fitness center is not included in the price, it should be.

Too expensive for so many errors in the room

location next to the river is great pet friendly good breakfast good sauna (except now there was eukalyptys smell and that doesnt belong to a traditional sauna) restaurant has a pretty decent menu

i stayed in a suite so I expected it to be worth the money. However, -telephone didnt work - curtains were off the rail hanging -there was no shampoo but ten body lotions next to the shower -there was no price list for the minibar -no coffee buttons for the coffee machine -no pen to place a breakfast order -breakfast order paper didnt work as the paper said it would, actually you had to call the restaurant to make the order but since the phone didnt work.. -bed wasnt made properly when I came to the room
