I really liked the location, it was very clean and tidy. The staff was very kind and they will book you taxi driver if you need one, to the airport. Also they gave me an upgrade room, even I booked the classical. The view was very nice.

Nice hotel

Great location! Easy to find. Big room plus bathroom. Comfy beds. I didn't hear much noise from the neighbouring rooms: a big plus. Heating worked well. Kettle in room. Small fridge. Windows can be opened. View on stone bridge: Calm, pedestrian area. Regional style breakfast (which was ok for me but might not be liked by all) with a great view because it is on the 6th floor. Dinner was tasty.

No real issues. The pool was (still) under maintenance...... Staff was ok but not very knowledgeable. The room was clean but no deep cleaning. I did have a kettle but not tea bags/coffee or clean cup.

The food and the location were exceptional; however, the aspect I appreciated most was the staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. I will never forget the warmth and care with which I was treated, as it truly elevated the entire experience.

Tad difficult to find how to get there with a vehicle but we worked it out eventually. You actually have to drive through the square. Someone will open the barricade for you.

Can 't beat the location with the view of the Stone Bridge and the rest of the city! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and modern.

Great Location.

Excellent location, next to Stone Bridge. Walking distance to the Old Town & all other places to see. Hotel looks to be recently renovated, so not much occupancy. The Hotel arranges taxi to the airport @ euro 30. Very reasonable.

Room # 202 airconditioner was not working. The technician came and fixed the first day. Again stopped working. Looks like it is controlled elsewhere as occupancy is less. Wifi is not strong enough. You need to use your own data. Breakfast is good, but the same with no variation. Spa facilities although advertised are not working as they say under renovation. We booked because of this & felt we paid extra for nothing !!!!

Solid property, in need of a little love

The Stone Bridge Hotel is a pleasant, well located stay in Skopje. Staff was very helpful and responsive. It’s a good base for exploring this historic, developing city.

Property needs to have rooms updated and checked that all components are working: sockets, lamps, bathroom fixtures, etc.

Super central location and good service but somehow does not quite feel like a 5 star.

The staff is very helpful, superb central location, excellent water pressure in showers.

Apart from the service given by the member of staff who seem to be overworked, I was somewhat expecting more from a five star hotel. For instance I was expecting a more varied breakfast, better maintenance and more cleanliness (not saying the hotel is dirty far from it). This would be a superb 4 star hotel but honestly it fell a bit short of what I was expecting.

Lokacija hotela je zaista odlična, sam centar grada. Nije možda tačna informacija da hotel uvek može da obezbedi parking jer raspolaže malim brojem mesta, ali mi smo imali sreće. Soba je bila čista i topla, grejanje je fenomenalno, kupatilo besprekorno uredno, krevet udoban, retkost je da u gradskim hotelima imate po dva jastuka za svaku osobu.

Za hotel ovakvog renomea, doručak je morao biti malo "pažljivije" poslužen. U pitanju su sitnice, ali i sitnice poboljšavaju utisak Na primer, sjajno je što ima više vrsta jaja, ali posude u kojima su posluženi se ne zagrevaju i brzo se ohlade. Isto tako, lepo je što u ponudi ima više vrsta kafa i čajeva, ali prirodno je da se čaj pije iz većih šolja nego kafa. Još jednom naglašavam, doručak je bogat i raznovrstan, samo je potrebno povesti više pažnje o detaljima.

Het verblijf in Stone Bridge Hotel was gewoon goed, "value for money", aan te bevelen.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het "centrum" van Skopje, zeer centraal gelegen. De kamer die we hadden was ruim genoeg voor ons 2-en, de badkamer was schoon. De bedden waren goed om in te slapen. Wij zijn absoluut tevreden gasten. O ja, het personeel bij de receptie, buitengewoon hulpvaardig en gastvrij.

Ik vond het ontbijt karig en om eerlijk te zijn fantasieloos. Als de kok iets creatiever wordt en wat meer aan de aankleding en opmaak van de schalen zou doen dan zou het al beter zijn. Zonder het hotel te kort te willen doen, ik vond het een "verplicht nummertje". Goed om de dag mee te beginnen, maar niet onderscheidend. Enne, patat als warme component, liever wat bacon of uitgebakken spek.

hôtel donnant sur la place principale de la ville, chambre dans un style ancien c'est ce que l'on aime ici.

la fenêtre très compliquée à ouvrir et fermer, ce n'est pas sécuritaire. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'attitude du personnel du petit déjeuner qui n'a pas compris que je reparte avec 2 chocolats en brique à boire sur le retour du chemin de la chambre. En effet, ils étaient en train de tout ranger, c'était la fin du service et ils en éteignaient même les lumières. Donc soit on laisse terminer le client tranquillement soit on accepte qu'il reparte avec sa nourriture mais on ne le traite pas comme un voleur.

Läget och utsikten

Hotellet motsvarade tyvärr inte förväntningarna. Rummen var slitna, smutsiga och dåligt underhållna, med damm och till och med insekter. Städningen fungerade i princip inte alls, första städningen kom efter tre dagar och var mycket bristfällig. Inga sängkläder byttes, damm och smuts låg kvar, ingen dammsugning gjordes och ingen ny toalettrulle fanns. Minibaren var tom och ur funktion. Kassaskåpet gick inte att använda och det saknades basutrustning som galgar och toalettartiklar. Wifi var extremt långsamt och kopplade ofta bort. Frukosten var begränsad och dessutom kall. Ljudnivån från gatan och torget var mycket störande eftersom rummen inte är ljudisolerade. Sammanfattningsvis: Ett gammalt och slitet hotell med stora brister i både renlighet, service och utrustning.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Otelin konumu, yenilenmiş olması ve personelin hizmeti çok iyiydi. Odamızın meydana bakıyor olması ayrıca bir şanstı, klima da tam kararında çalışıyordu. Otopark için meydanın diğer karşısında bariyerlerin önüne gelip oteli arıyorsunuz ve bir ptel personeli gelip bariyeri açıyor ve siz meydandan geçio otelin yanındaki sokağa park ediyorsunuz. Tam şehir merkezinde böle bir otoğark olanağı bulmak çok iyi ancak giriş ve sabah çıkış biraz uğraş gerektiriyor.

Odalarda dip temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi, kaldığımız odanın tavan/cam kısmında örümcek ağı vardı, yatakların araları tozlu idi. Halılar daha iyi temizlenebilirdi.
