Loved it great room, friendly helpful staff, great location.

Staff very friendly and helpful, apartment was very clean as well as the common areas. Alfie the dog was a nice touch. Location was great we walked the area a good bit, close to shops, supermarket, coffee etc.

Room we stayed in could do with a little TLC and this apartment would be absolutely superb. In saying that I want the same room again next when we are back next year.

We felt right at home. The people working there Deijan and Foki, both of them lovely and carrying souls, fine customer service skills, made us feel welcomed there, thank you so much! We loved how comfortable the bed was. The room was superb. The heat was working very well. We liked the pool and jacousy. Foki offered us drinks while we were there. We loved the breakfast, yummy, cosy and ellegant, simply perfect! Super fantastic experience overall, thank you Deijan!

We wished we had more time to stay there, had to leave to go home. Everything was fine, thank you for asking!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The location couldn’t be better as it was central but also provided privacy, and the breakfast was simply delightful. The hotel’s spa facilities were a real highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience. The overall ambiance and decor of the hotel added to its charm. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a perfect getaway.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. the rooms were dirty, the bar doesn't exist, the breakfast was very poor, no vegetables, rotten fruit, no spa offers, no water in the pool, the owner has two dogs, one of which barks non-stop. very nice service but hotel was terrible.

I've gotten an upgrade to a bigger room because there was an issue, it was solved perfectly.

It was not very clear if the facilities were included in the price or not on booking. There was also a dog from the owner going around barking and jumping on your leg.

The attention of the staff to the guests, fantastic customer service beyond standard. when we couldn’t get a taxi to the airport, the hotel manager took us with his car, so we could comfortably arrive on time.

Restaurant Dva Elena across the street

Booked the 'penthouse'. It was old, broken and disgusting. Its a shame to ask 90 euro for an attic room. No curtains, bad bed, damaged walls, no coffee or tea in the room, not even a bottle water! Breakfast was a joke. Old bread. You can find much better rooms in Skopje for less money.

The people are very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is small but nice and cool on a warm day. Good breakfast. I slept well and air conditioning is very nice to have in the city. It is about 15 min walk to the centre.

Some of the lamps were not working in the room, but they will try and fix it. And the shower had some mold due to moist and heat, but I have informed the owners and I am hopeful they will get rid of that soon.

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel

This hotel is beautifully decorated...the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful and make you feel very welcome. Ilya, the hotel manager, gave me a tour of the hotel and spa facilities (unfortunately I didn't get to try them out this time around but they look great!!) and was super helpful in arranging my day trip to Matka Canyon. I've travelled to over 50 countries and the staff at this hotel are amongst the nicest I've come across. 😁

the best place I have visited in Europe. No hotel has ever hosted me as pleasantly as the Garden Spa. Staff 100% friendly and helpful.
