È un appartamento condiviso con 3 stanze e due bagni (uno solo con wc e lavandino e uno con anche la doccia). La condivisione dei bagni non è stata un problema perché raramente abbiamo incontrato gli altri ospiti nella casa, era molto tranquilla. Il proprietario è molto presente e disponibile. Il wifi funziona bene. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla piazza principale e per il prezzo pagato sono soddisfatto, ma ci sono sicuramente aspetti da migliorare.

L'appartamento è appena stato ristrutturato, tant'è che il condominio è ancora sottosopra per i lavori in corso e negli sportelli della cucina c'è ancora la plastica da togliere. Tuttavia, la sensazione generale è che sia tutto un po' arraffazzonato, come ad esempio le lenzuola appese ovunque in cucina e in balcone. Il bagno principale forse viene pulito quotidianamente, ma risulta sempre sporco di calcare (la scelta dei sanitari neri non è stata delle migliori). Infine, le due stanze che danno sulla strada principale, essendo un primo piano sono un po' rumorose, anche se ci sono le finestre nuove. Meglio scegliere quella sul cortile interno, dove c'è un bar ma non è molto rumoroso la notte. Ah, suggerirei di mettere un cestino per la spazzatura nelle camere e un tavolino o sedie per appoggiare le cose.

The location is absolutely perfect — right near the main square, with everything within walking distance, which makes this apartment an amazing value for money. Although the building itself is old, the apartment is fully renovated and everything inside feels brand new. Thanks to the quality of the old construction, the apartment stays pleasantly warm and comfortable, so we didn’t need air conditioning at all. The landlord was very friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything.

Although everything mentioned above is true and the landlord genuinely made an effort to make our stay pleasant, cleanliness is the one area that really needs improvement. He was kind and responsive when we mentioned it and even asked afterward if everything was okay, which we appreciated. However, it’s clear that the apartment would benefit from professional, thorough cleaning on a regular basis. Since guests can sometimes leave shared spaces in very poor condition, a deeper level of cleaning is necessary for a rental apartment, especially the bathroom and common areas. The landlord is truly lovely and welcoming, but hiring someone to properly maintain the cleanliness of the apartment would make a huge difference.
