I had a lovely experience with the host. He went out of his way to assist me at the airport, getting taxis, tours, and washing my laundry. Nothing was a problem. I was surprised by the bathroom and kitchen area not being as clean as I expected. I had read the reviews thoroughly, and everyone has different standards. The cleaning lady asked me what she could do to improve the cleanliness of the apartment. There had been recent bad reviews since she had started cleaning, and the owner no longer did the cleaning. He was devastated about the poor reviews. I showed her how to scrub the corners of the shower with a toothbrush, how to clean the shower glass properly and the taps and any build-up of grime around the edges of the shower. I showed her that she needed to move furniture, keep the recycling separate, and move and dust under everything. Once a week, use the vacuum cleaner as sweeping isn't enough for a hotel room. She was very receptive and apologised for her mistakes, and it was her first time as a hotel cleaner. I contacted the owner after having this conversation with her, as I thought it was an unusual question to ask a guest. He was greatly relieved and thanked me for contacting him.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly and the plastic bathmats removed as they harbour dirt and grime. There needed to be towel rails in the bathroom and bathmats. The toilet seat was broken, and the owner apologised and assured me that it was to be replaced immediately. Tables on the balconies would enhance guests' enjoyment and provide clothes hangers. I explained that the cleaner had to be taught his standard or cleaning to maintain good reviews. The staff don't always know your standards, and this lowers the quality of your hotel.

okacija je super i gazda je veoma ljubazan.

Kupatilo je bilo prljavo i nije bilo tople vode. Boravila sam 7 dana, a uspela sam da se okupam samo jednom. Kuhinja je takođe bila prljava, pa nisam mogla uopšte da je koristim niti da kuvam. Stan definitivno treba detaljno urediti i očistiti.
