Nice but could be improved

I got a big room so this was a plus. The heating was working so it was cosy to come back. The staff was super kind.

I got the room next to reception and I could hear every conversation and every guest passing through it which made me uncomfortable as I guess they could hear me too. Also, I could see the light from the reception all night. There was no air circulation in the room and bathroom so there was some smell of damp. The bathroom was badly organized. It was hard to see yourself in a mirror because it was too close to the wall on which there were things hanged. The shower didn't have any cover on one side so water was splashing all over bathroom. Towels were losing some white pieces and I was finding them everywhere. Breakfast was ok but could be improved with better quality ingredients. The location wasn't best as it was a bit uphill from the center so it was tiring to come back after all day of visiting.

Simple nice included breakfast. Ready and plated at 7:45 for me with a knock on the door. Surprised

No English made check in at other logistics a bit challenging. Not a huge problem.

A comfortable guesthouse located in a pleasant suburb of Skopje. Not too far from the centre.

The room had plenty of space and the bathroom worked well. All areas were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I really liked the location; not convenient for the city centre, but a nice area that shows the charm of Skopje. There is a bus stop right outside that runs twice an hour, which was very easy to use. The owner was polite and accommodating and very helpfully woke up at 6am to call us a taxi for the railway station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Skopje, in terms of accommodation, seems expensive so this is quite good value.

The guest rooms seem like they're a recent addition to the main house and it echoed/carried noise a fair bit. Luckily, there was only one other guest there at the time, but we could hear conversations and every door closing. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment really. Nothing traditional or fresh and mostly made of processed materials. Not terrible, but a bit plastic.

Excellent place in quiet environment.

Good parking, good airco. Fridge in room. City center at walking distance (20 minutes). You can choose the time of your breakfast. We opted for 7.30 and it was no problem but you have to show up at the time you selected the night before. Very quiet surroundings.

A quite and green place in Skopje

A cosy Vila in a very green and quiet neighborhood of Skopje just few minutes walking to the main square and the old bazar. Our room was very spacious with private bathroom and terrace where a delicious breakfast was served to us, we loved that!!! We highly recommend this place.

For our one night in Skopjie it was very pleasant and good value

The villa was off of the main street so it was quite with nice surroundings. We were greeted with coffees and drinks when we arrived. The breakfast provied was outside in their beautiful garden

There wasn't much to the breakfast. Overcooked eggs, bread sliced cheese and meat. Also the room was a little cramped and we had to ask for the air conditioner to be turned on because of the heat in the room.

Nice hotel a few minutes away from the center of Skopje. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the city center but in a quiet location so you don't have noise at night. The rooms have all the basic equipment needed in a hotel room and are comfortable and clean. The receptionist is very nice. Eggs and ham and cheese toasts are served for breakfast.

Silvia have nice room in safe and quiet neighborhood. 15 walk to city center. A little uphill when returning. Safe place in garage for storing bicycle. She can prepare breakfast if you wish.

Nice friendly place to stay

The hostesses very incredibly nice and dependable and so helpful. The breakfast served in the room at the stated hour was excellent . Very quiet area, too. The room set-up. The place is well maintained and I'm looking forward to go back next time that I am in Skopje.

Nothing as I like to walk to stay fit but it's about 25 minutes walk to the center and Google Map is a must.

Very good

The first impression was maybe bit disappointing. But in the end I really liked it. Although the object is not brand new it provides good service. The room was spacious, bead was big and super comfortable and bathroom super clean. Breakfast was served directly to my room. Fiord was simple but tasty. As for price I paid nothing to complain about! the object is located in nice part of Skopje with the main square reachable with 30 minutes walk.

Great value close to Skopje. Kind host, spacious and clean room and great breakfast included. Bonus for us was ability to park our truck right outside. 25 minute walk from the town center and old town.

Beautiful place and Wonderful lady

The owner of the hotel welcomed us very nicely, everything was perfect, a huge breakfast prepared with care, I would like to note that I was very sick, the owner of the hotel cured me with medicines and herbal teas and sent me away. Sillia is a wonderful woman, she took great care of me and my children, thank you very much, I'm glad I got to know you and I'm glad I chose this warm hotel with a wonderful garden, we love you.

Nice and quiet B&B on the hill

Very nice and friendly host, quiet environment with a good view slighthly up on the hill. The room was big and had a huge balcony (probably not available for all rooms). Breakfast was also good and in good weather you can eat in the garden and have company with the cats. This is a good choice if you like a quiet stay 2.5km from the center.

The bathroom is a bit small and has seen better times. It probably needs renovation soon. Same for the airconditioning unit.
