best location in the city

it's located at the heart of the city center. if you don't seek for comfort and use the room just for sleeping that's the perfect spot.

there is no reception, you need to get in touch with the host and someone will come to inform the passwords and show the room, that's a bit tricky.

Great stay

The room is really big and was situated in the downtown area of Skopje. The bed was great, we slept very well. Nicr private bathroom with a toilet. The location was in a safe and crowded area. Whenever we are coming back to Skopje, we will be definitely try to stay again with them. Highly recommended.

There was a pub downstairs, and sometimes there was a bit of noise till 01.00. For us it was absolutely not disturbing and slept through this. But good to know.

Great host and location, but the AC was not working

The host was great and the location of the apartment is perfect.

The only problem was that in room number seven, where we were accommodated, there was a bit of noise from outside, and the big problem was that the air conditioning wasn't working, and we didn't have a remote to turn it on. When I checked in, I didn't notice it and immediately left, and when we got back to the room, it was late after midnight, it was too hot, but we couldn't find the air conditioning remote anywhere...

They is construction taking place in apartment . Floor in room is disgusting. Toilet flush didn’t work correctly. Sheets were old. Smelly. AC control remote wasn’t available.

Cold but central

I froze because there is a very bad draft from the windows not sealing correctly. The small heater didn't work. Owner was upset at me for reporting issues and lied about being booked. Considering I saw it available on booking I knew it was available. One outlet for the entire room is next to the door, which makes it terribly inconvenient to charge laptop or phone and use them.

Don’t waste your money!

Only good thing about this property is its location but there is also plenty of other affordable accommodation in the same location so avoid at all costs

The images are completely misleading and the rooms are much more run down. The room smelt badly of smoke and it was absolutely freezing to the point where we had to sleep with multiple layers of clothes. We left the following morning and booked into a nearby 4* hotel for the same price!

Great location, nice decor, unpleasant smell

The deluxe flat is centrally located, albeit in a different street than the one mentioned on Booking, the host sent us the address separately. It also looks exactly like in the pictures. The view of Skopje's center was also a nice surprise. Micky was welcoming and accommodating, couldn't ask for more.

What the pictures don't convey is the overwhelming smell of a gym locker. Even two full days of keeping the windows open couldn't get rid of it. Also, the double bed is actually two singles pushed together and they're not greatly comfortable. The noise level from the street would also be too much for light sleepers. We used ear plugs.

Great location!

The location is perfect, right in the center of Skopje. The room was ok, comfortable, with perfectly functioning AC. It was clean and there was everything we needed.

Location is amazing !

The room was really dirty, smells really bad ,whole apartment and the front hole was smelling like sewerage and moisture, generally room looks destroyed, missing some pieces of wall ,near bed is some holes,sheets was dirty. I could t sleep because of bad smell.

The staff was nice, even if we lost some time with the payment because the pos was not working and we had to sign up on a website and pay from there (wouldn't charghing guests on booking be easier?). The position was perfect.

The location is perfect, middle of the city center. The room is small but enough for a few days and for this price. Room is also clean and very quiet, has a hairdryer. Micki is very helpful host, he drove us to the airport on a sunday morning, so thankful for that.

The location was very good, in the city center. The stay is pretty cheap.

The apartment wasn't that clean, there were dead bugs behind the bed and the building was smelling like mold. I wasn't feeling safe, despite the fact there was a security camera. The doors was very easy to break in.

Location is perfect. For the price I paid, my expectations were met. I did not look for a luxurious accommodation but for a centralized location and low price + flexibility. The owner and manager Micky was great, very friendly and supportive. Pick up from the airport worked perfectly. He is very flexible and puts the Client first.

WiFi could be faster and more stable, the room is a bit dark and the bathroom very small. However, you can't expect more for the fee.

Great place in the middle of Skopje. Close to everything. You are being taken care of :)

Micki (the owner) has gone extra to ensure that my stay was being taken care of. He provided airport pick up, drove me to Matka and Prishtina when I need the transport. He gave me some tips about wine and Skopje. Easy to contact him as well. He is so kind to even deliver my documents that I forgot in the room to PRISHTINA. Couldn't expect something more. Very much appreciated! :) The room is comfortable. I got extra towel when I needed it :) Will definitely stay in this place again next time :)

Everything was great. The dorm has an inside bathroom with shower and it is super clean. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city.
