My opinions during my stay: The female staff at the reception were very attentive and supportive. However, the male receptionists in the morning were quite uninterested, and I don’t think they enjoy their job. I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the spa. While it should have been the reception’s responsibility to help me find a taxi, the spa staff were the ones who assisted me. I thank them once again. If you go to Park Hotel, make sure to visit the spa — they have excellent masseurs and staff. thank you

Beautiful hotel with an incredible spa. Room was comfortable and clean. Service in the restaurant and bar is very very slow, but apart from that it was excellent.

The room was spacious and clean. The renovation is not finished yet, so the air conditioning doesn't work. The shower wall is made of glass and it is inside the room and can be seen. There was no curtain on the glass bathroom wall in our room, but some rooms have it. It is not good to have a glass wall in the bathroom when you are staying with your children. The hotel staff was very friendly and can speak English. Parking cant be done by yourself freely, you mıst give the keys to the hotel staff to park. It would be a better place when the renovation is finished. It has a very beautiful river view in a huge balcony.

This was the most dirty 5-star hotel I ever stayed at. I got to my room late in the even, but even in the dark I could see it was not clean. The sheets felt clean, so I decided to stay. The dirt was more in the corners, edges, the wall, the couch. You could see that they haven’t done a full clean probably in months. The bed was a cheap foam topper with awful dents in there. When I told the front desk about my experience, they even shared that indeed they got more complaints about the rooms not being clean. That was the worst part for me. If you are management, and you get more than one complaint about a room not being clean, you go and personally check every room to avoid any further issues. In short - they should replace management. They clearly are not in control and haven’t trained their staff properly.

We only stayed for one night before our flight back home and it was nice we had dinner which we enjoyed and the atmosphere was nice with music and lifely . Our flight was in the afternoon and they let us use the spa to relax before the flight. We really liked that

Terrible hotel. The first room they gave us had no working power and light in the room and the bathroom, the TV had no channels, there was no working WIFI in the room. In stead of saying sorry and giving us a new room, they said that they would send a technician to fix the problem. At the end of the day all the problems were not fixed. After calling reception several times asking them to fix it, they stopped picking up the phone. Only after I went down and insisted that it is not OK to not have power in the room, and not have light in the bathroom, and that I needed WIFI for my work, they reluctantly gave us another room. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience. In the new room they gave us, everything was as you should expect. However, the furniture was dated and worn out. Towels ware not exchanged daily. In the 8 days we stayed, only one time did we get both a small and large towel per person. All the other days we got only one small towel, or one large towel, or no towel at all. Below the rooms facing the river are above the hotel bar, which has loud music in the evening. They do weddings there, at which they do the music so loud, that you have to shout to be able to talk in your room, let alone that you'll be able to sleep. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but they are not. The rooms are badly cleaned. There was dust, hairs, and even a sigaret on the floor. After our 8 days stay in this hotel, this was not cleaned up. This is not 5 star, more 2 stars.

This place has a 5 Star rating?? How and who is the morron That gave this place a 5 Star rating? Don’t get me wrong, the place is nice and all but, for this price, One expects better. I would at best give it a strong 3-Star rating. Staff has No clue about hospitality. No smiling greeting, No recognasion of me as guest, and rude. They should get the staff cources in hospitality. I fler ignored and I got the feeling it was because of my Brown golden skin color. If They only knew How for example Thailand is with their kindness, and greeting with a smile always, same in Sweden. 5-Star rating and the AC does not work in 25 degrees. Hot water in shower was unavailable because I wanted to shower at 09:00. Apperantly by then most hot water has been used. Breakfast buffé was ok, although, more of the ignoring and sometimes rude staff. Spa was Good But very pricy for this region. Manager was smoking in her office, grouse. Confusing on What is included in the room, be careful of this.

The property was in a convenient location and had a nice view of the river. The ladies at the front desk however weren’t very friendly and almost seemed inconvenienced to be working there. One of my guides had a similar experience with them when picking me up. It was unfortunate they were my first opinion of North Macedonia. The property was great though.

Do not book this hotel. The staff are absolutely awful, I had booked in my girlfriend and her friend for a one night stay before her birthday after she’d been travelling. I phoned the staff to get something for her birthday like flowers or a cake, I was willing to pay. The staff member on the phone said flowers would be fine so I ended the call and hung up, then a couple hours later he phoned to tell me they got champagne and that the cake would be “on the house” I was obviously very grateful. He told me the price of the champagne was €11.50 which is cheap but I took his word for it. Then the following day I was charged £60 out my account, I emailed to ask them why and they sent me the receipt and pricing menu, I said I was told the champagne was €11.50 not €50.00 if they’d told me the price I wouldn’t have paid it as they took one sip, they also charged me for the birthday cake despite saying it was free: I emailed them with this feedback and they totally ignored me, completely blanked me with no respond after I suggested they fix the communication between staff and customers to prevent this happening. Don’t book this hotel.

Terrible is an understatement. I stayed here on several occasions about 2 months apart each time. The property has been deteriorating each time, but this time, oh my! The executive suite’s shower looked like a window from a ghetto. The bath spout hanging loose, barely in place by a thick ring of nasty yellow silicon. The towels, well, not one was actually white. You get the picture. Of course the hotel just has one comment “we love our hotel”. That’s what happens in an off brand name, when ownership has no clue about hospitality and focuses their energy elsewhere. In the US this would either be shut in for renovations or or best be a roadside motel.

At arrival we were told that we only booked a room for 1 person, I had no internet on my phone so I couldnt check my booking at this time. We got to check in to our room and the manager told me that they would double check everything. I got to my room and sak that my confirmation said ’2 people’, after a coupe of hours I talked to the manager again and showed him my confirmation. All I got back was ”Yes I know”, well why didnt you inform is that the problem was solved? Not a great start. The room was nice and big, we had the Jazz Suite overviewing the river. The condition of the room was not so great tho. The shower tap was loose and we found some mole in the bathroom. There was construction going on during our stay, from 8 am to 5 pm. There was a note on the room with information about this, but we got no information at check in or before arrival. The noise was so loud that we didnt stay in our room at all during daytime. We called the manager and he told us that they would stop around 5 pm, no compensation what so ever. Overall an okey stay, but not worth the price. We’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels in this area with better service.

The Hotel was under constructions when I was staying there. I had good experience apart from that and good value for the money. The health club was excellent most likely the best I have had at a hotel. The spa was good and professional staff. Breakfast was Ok but I did not eat at the restaurant though it looked promising. The rooms are very comfortable, bigger than the European standard. Great shower, nice bed and the hotel is in excellent conditions. We call many times to the front desk to fix our TV, we are still waiting. In the breakfast the coffee and hot water were cold.

Service was absolutely appalling, especially at check-in (would not reccomend staying based only on their attitude), service in hotel restaurants is the slowest I ever encountered (40 mins to cook scrambled eggs at breakfast) . Decent breakfast otherwise, cheap Spa, pool is very small (and cold even though indoors!).
