Great value hotel close to the lively downtown area of Skopje!

Great hotel situated a short walk (about 25 minutes) from the central bus station if you're arriving on the airport bus. Once in the centre, it's also located only about a 10-15 minute walk from the downtown area with plenty of bars and restaurants, along with many of the sights to see (e.g. Mother Theresa's House). Hotel check-in was swift and friendly, and everyone spoke good English. Room was very good value, good bathroom and bed area, with all you needed. Breakfast was downstairs in the restaurant, with a good Balkan buffet available of eggs, meats, delicious cheeses, ajvar.

Just personal preference, as we're so used to an indoor smoking ban in the UK, but a bunch of people were smoking at breakfast, so the dining room did have a stale smoke smell about it, but as you walk round, you realise that everyone smokes everywhere in Macedonia!

Only recommend this hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep and don’t care about being comfortable.

The location was great and the hotel responded all my questions through the Booking messaging system.

The room and the bathroom were very small for 2 normal size persons. The bathroom was dirty and furniture was covered in dust. The only staff available to resolve any issues was the breakfast personnel.

Very noisy, poor management, walking distance to the centre

The hotel is within walking distance to the center (15 minutes), the rooms are value for money and clean. However, the hotel management is very poor. They had a party in the hotel restaurant the night we stayed, and since the hotel is small anyway, all the noise was in the room. We couldn't sleep despite being very tired. We messaged them about this, but they didn't offer a solution. They said it was their own party. I think they should have mentioned this before and closed the reservation. The noise didn't stop until midnight. When I wrote again and said I would mention this in the comments, they said "don't threaten me." In short, their attitude was very ugly. It's also impossible to shower because there's almost no water. The hair dryer is broken and doesn't work. Because of this attitude, we planned to stay at the hotel for two nights, but only stayed one night and checked out the next morning without even having breakfast and found another hotel. In short, if you don't want to waste your money, don't go. Pay a little more and stay somewhere more corporate.

Good price quality hotel

The staff was very friendly ans helpful. Breakfast was "a la carte" and tasty. Everything was very clean.

It was too bright in the morning, maybe having thick curtains would help. The parking space was on the alley next to the building but the staff always made sure we could have a space for our car :)

Goede locatie, fijne kamer en badkamer. Incl koffie en waterkoker op de kamer. Bed lag ook heerlijk. We konden ter plekke geld wisselen bij de eigenaar voor goede koers.

Ontbijt heel basic. We waren de enige gasten in het hotel, dus op zich wel fijn dat hij de moeite nam om überhaupt iets te serveren. Je kunt voor zeer weinig geld een goed ontbijt in de stad scoren.

La ubicación muy.cerca de los shoping y a pocos minutos del centro caminando, hay aguas de cortesía café y te. Estuvimos dos noches ordenaron la cama pero. no lavaron las tazas ni repusieron el café ni las aguas

Dorucak ukusan, toster jedino dodati jos jedan jer se dugo ceka za kruh kad je vise ljudi prisutno. Lokacija super sve je blizu 20 min centar udaljen hodom...okolo trgovacki centri, rent a car blizu, trgovine i mjenjacnica s dobrim tecajem blizu.

V kopalnici ni nobene police za toaletno torbo. Umivalnik je premali in zelo nerodno montiran milnik nad njim.

Que estavem prou aprop del centre i que tot estava net

Pel preu de l'habitació esperàvem molt més. L'hora d'esmorzar era tard, a les 8.00h i el personal encara va arribar més tard, a les 8.15h així que els clients estàvem esperant de feia estona. Quan vam entrar al menjador, encara hi havia els plats i gots per rentar de la nit anterior. El personal va fer els mínims per muntar el buffet i després, tots a fumar (que queda fatal perquè no estan disponibles...)

Le prix, lit et oreillers confortables, chaussons, plateau bouilloire, set de toilette, bouteille d'eau au petit déjeuner.

Salle de bain salle, il restait des cheveux sur la grille de la douche, le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, ni le lit. Les serviettes ne sont pas renouvelées même si elles sont sales, idem pour dosettes de café et sucre. La vaisselle sale n' est pas ramassée. Le matin on trouve des miettes de la veille sur les tables du petit déjeuner. Pas d'ascenseur. Compliqué pour se garer, il n'y a pas de parking, c'est une ruelle très vite saturée. Petit déjeuner moyen. Pas de placard pour les vêtements, juste trois patères !
