Hotel is fine, but it needs to finalize construction.

The hotel owner really cares about their job, they seems to be passionate. I had a problem with a TV once, but as soon I mentioned the problem, they bought a new TV. The service is generally good. During the arrival, they picked me up from the city center after my arrival from airport. Generally, I was overall more satisfied than unsatisfied with this hotel.

I wonder how it is possible that this hotel is a 4 star hotel, in reality it is merely a 3 star hotel. - Main door from room to hallway is not properly isolated, noise can be heard in the hallway. - Room is very spartan (empty look), no decoration, just furniture and bed. - Bathroom smells too moldy, clearly there is a mold infection in the bathroom. The smell was unbearable. - The room had some unfinished construction. The bathroom door can not close properly. Phone is in the drawer and not connected at all and also the line does not work when I connect the phone. - No USB charging plugs in the room. - The pillow is not in a good quality, so this gives me neck problem.

Perfect one night stay in Skopje

The panorama view of Skopje from the terrace of the studio we stayed in was stunning, especially at night. The room had a large and comfortable bed and it was quiet and clean. There is free parking in the underground of the building. The hosts were really nice, they greeted us when we arrived and they served us a tasty breakfast in the morning. The room also had a small fridge with a freezer which was practical for us considering we were on a car trip carrying a portable cooler with us. All in all, a perfect one night stay. We will definitely come back when we'll return to Skopje.

Great place!

Location, the view from the terrace is amazing. The whole city is on the palm of your hand! Probably the best breakfast I've ever had of all the places I've visited. Fresh ingredients combined with traditional cooking! They also have underground garage to park your vehicle. It is perfect for one night rest on your way to the seaside, or maybe for a longer stay if you want to visit the city.

Bathroom, although clean, it only had the curtain on the shower. Not a separate shower cabin or anything, and the ventilator was very loud in our room. Everything else was great!

Value-for-money property overlooking Skopje

Room bigger than expected; comfy bed; very decent breakfast in nice atmosphere and with view over Skopje. Easy parking. Would definitely come back.

Bad room appliances show aging and things that cannot be cleaned away anymore. Toilet paper and soap dispenser convey the impression of being in a high-turn over hostel. Fridge wasn't really clean inside.

Amazing location

We stayed only one night here, but we certainly would have stayed more. The view over Skopje from the location is so beautiful, the property has a secured parking lot and the breakfast was great and delicious. I would recommend this location for everyone staying in Skopje.

Top adress in a family atmosphere near the city centre.

What a welcome by our host Joco! After a welcome drink, he took us to the city centre and showed us the sights. What a beautiful city! On our return, we enjoyed a veritable feast served to us by daughter Anna. Joco prepared the best piece of beef on the barbecue and the local wines tasted great. After a refreshing night's sleep in a spacious room with a comfortable bed, we enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast. Our car was safely parked in the garage. Top address!

Breakfast was excellent, the host was very attentive; the room was clean, but the bathroom could be improved.

The breakfast was really good. The host had prepared a variety of breakfast items on the table, allowing guests to help themselves like a buffet. She also offered homemade products, which was a lovely touch. When we came down for breakfast, our plates were nicely prepared. She was friendly and very attentive. The room was clean, and we had no issues. We chose a room with a balcony, and the city view was beautiful.

The bathroom could have been better. The shower area had a curtain, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. There were no disposable slippers. It would be nice if shampoo and shower gel were provided in small, individual bottles.

Eleni is the best host, it was a national holiday when we arrived and there was a big celebration in the restorant with live music. Eleni invited us to the celebration and offered meals and drinks. Rooms were soundproof. Clean.

A place with a great view

A very nice and renovated place to stay far away from the traffic with a view over the city. The room is very big and the bed is comfortable and large ☺️. The owner made also a delicious dinner for us. There is a convenient parking.
