Nice stay, but needs some TLC

The basic needs met, easy to get into, nice and warm

A few small things. The bed in the corner, so one has to climb over the other. Then some maintenance items. Lights did not work in the bathroom, or the ones above bed. Also needs a new bulb in room. Needs a new water kettle as it doesn't shut off.

Good but could be better

The location is good and you can park your car on the street in front of the building. Self check-in and check-out.

The cleanliness could be better. We rented 2 apartments, one was very cold and the air con didn't work properly so we had to change the apartment, in the other apartment there was a smell of cigarettes and the toilet was dirty.

Great little boutique hotel in Skopje

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for getting work done and relaxing after meetings. The staff were professional and accommodating, and check-in/check-out were smooth and efficient. The location was convenient for business travelers, with easy access to transport and nearby restaurants. Overall, an excellent choice for a comfortable and hassle-free business stay.

Great for families

We stayed here as a family and really liked it. The area felt safe and it’s super close to City Mall and public transport, which made getting around easy. The kitchen was really useful with the kids, and they even set up a baby cot for us free of charge. The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed — perfect for a family stay.

Quiet stay for a quick stop

We stayed here as a couple and really enjoyed our experience. The contactless check-in and check-out made everything quick and effortless, while the staff were always available and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Our room was cozy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, a lovely stay that felt both private and welcoming — we’d definitely come back.

Our stay at Living rooms was great. The apartment is stylishly furnished with a minimalist, calming vibe that made it easy to unwind. The atmosphere was quiet and restful, having quality linen and comfy beds. The checki was a very smooth process. Definitely a great choice for a comfortable stay.

All was great

Living rooms was a fantastic choice for our time in Skopje. While it is not right in the city center, the location worked well for us - peaceful, quiet and with easy access to parking and main roads. The apartment itself was bright, tasteful decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. We appreciated the quality of the bed and linens, and the kitchen had everything for a short stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfort and calm outside city busy center.

This was such a comfortable and well-designed space. The apartment has a warm, homey feeling but with clean aesthetics. We appreciated the small touches such as extra towels. Selma was very kind and available to help, much appreciated! Would definitely book again if again in Skopje!

Quiet location, great place with comfy beds

This hotel is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, which was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were amazingly accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and it was furnished in a simple and modern way. The beds were comfortable and with clean cotton sheets, giving a comfortable sensation. The bathroom was very clean and modern. All of the equipment was of very good quality. My compliments to the hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Living room apartments. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are spacious and the hosts were very attentive. When they got the information that my partner is lactose intolerant, they were very careful and managed to serve selected products so he can have a proper breakfast.
