Good stay but with a major drawback

Very spacious room. The breakfast was very good with more than enough choice for my taste. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful with the issues we had. They even prepared and left us lunch boxes on the check-out day, since we had our flight very early in the morning. Nice and safe neighbourhood with good connections to the centre, also relatively quick to reach on foot. All in all, excellent value for the money.

We stayed for 5 nights and during the whole stay had problems with the cleaning staff. During the whole stay they only came once or maximum twice to replace the towels and toilet paper in the room and they have NEVER cleaned the room. On several occasions, after returning to our room in the evening and finding it wasn't cleaned at all, we had to run ourselves down to the reception to at least get clean towels and toilet paper. They staff at the reception were at least helpful and understanding and looked like trying to fix the issue, but apparently the hotel has a huge problem with the communication between the personnel as well as with the management/staff etc. One example, we saw ourselves the cleaning lady in front of our room while leaving it and she was having video calls on her phone while "supposedly busy cleaning the rooms". After returning in the evening, our room was of course left untouched... she never even entered it. That was one very serious negative aspect that left a mark on our stay. Otherwise, it would have been a really great stay. Also, another drawback was the lack of power sockets anywhere you need them, like for instance anywhere near the beds to charge your phone.

Make time for the checkin, at least 45 minutes.

Large rooms.

We booked 3 double rooms. They gave us 3 single rooms, one not cleaned (at 7pm). We asked for rooms next to each other. They confirmed by email and then gave us 3 rooms in 3 different floors! No amenities, poor breakfast. At best, a 2 stars hotel.

Friendly staff, but poor cleanliness.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful when we arrived late in the evening – really 10/10 for the staff. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was included, free parking in front of the hotel, and the location in the city center is very convenient.

Cleanliness was very poor. The carpet was dirty, there was dust everywhere including in the bathroom, the toilet was not properly cleaned, and we even found a used towel behind an armchair. Definitely more attention should be given to cleaning.

Above expectations

We spent only one night in this hotel but it was everything we wanted and more. The ratio between price and performance is amazing. The rooms are clean, comfortable and big. The breakfast was good and versatile. The parking is right at the entrance and secure. We recommend this place.

Our stay was terrible

We didn't like anything but the location.

It was dirty and smelled like dust. In the first room the toilet was broken we called and they send us a tech to fix it. We were out for a few hours and when we came nothing was fixed and we called again and were told to get another tech. We refused and asked for another room - there was no other room avail but when I asked for a refund they magically found one. The new room was even worse - again dusty, but this time the door was broken and wasn't safe to stay. We just left the hotel after an hour and didn't even bother to ask for our refund.

Great location. Enormous room space and very quite. One of the best breakfast with plenty of choices and very spacious restorant. Good parking space.

Depending on what price you get in the room, it can be a bad or average experience. In my case It's not bad, nor great. I get what i paid for. Facilities are overall in good condition. Location of the hotel is great. 5 min from the city centre. You have parking in front of the hotel. Bed was comfy...

Small improvements can change the guest experience... Providing shower gel, soaps, slippers, drinks in the fridge, welcome water bottle etc... This can be a great hotel if a little money is spent on room renovations...
