The neighbour.We played music at 10 in the morning so soft on the stoep area that i could not here it 15m further in the kitchen but laid a complaint.

The stay was absolutely lovely. The house had everything we needed and there were over enough beds. There was also a dish washer, which made things so much easier. The beds also had electric blankets which was perfect. There is so much space to relax. The view from the house is beautiful

The view was amazing and hearing the sounds of the ocean each day. Quick walk to the beach and lovely sunsets. Area is nice and quiet
Small touches go a long way. While I know it is self catering, the basics advertised were not available. We were limited to 2 rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets, zero soap in showers, no salt and pepper, sugar, tea or coffee, zero wood. While I have no problem bringing these items myself, the communication was no existent on what we should bring, it would have been nice to know what is and is not there.
The house was also NOT clean. We had dirty dustbins, one shower was full of sand so clearly not cleaned, the outside furniture should all be taken to a scrape yard, the day bed looked as though it had come from a dump, it was rusted and FILTHY dirty with a tattered cover. Of the 9 chairs , only 5 were usable, the rest were rickety, had wet cushions and not usable for anyone over 40 they were so low to the ground. The pizza oven was useless and could not be used as it came with no paddle to get your pizzas out!! It is also heading into winter and the extra blankets provided were dusty and not usable either.
This spot could be great but really needs some love and attention. I would rather pay R500 more to have nice seating outside to enjoy the view, some basics in the house and a clean environment.
