The location was very relaxing exactly what we were looking for.

Some of the crockery was dirty. Plates was greasy some cups was not properly cleaned. We cleaned before use. We did not take pics we just cleaned it. The clothes that was left to clean the dishes was dirty as well. One cloth was so dirty the minute you put it to soapy water it turned the water murky black, so it needed a jik soak. So this needs a little attention. Otherwise the stay was great. Thank you

The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The staff stood out for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism, making the experience truly memorable.

While the location and daytime atmosphere were enjoyable, the evenings felt limited in terms of entertainment. The casino closes at 3am, but most other venues at Club Mykonos shut down much earlier, leaving few options for nighttime activities.

The location was good. Bedding provided was very nice. I liked the fact that towels were sufficient for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful

The blinds in our unit need maintenance, as the one leading to the balcony was broken, as well as the one in the lounge area. There's no mini oven, so an airfryer would have been suitable for us to bake off our frozen mini goodies.

Perfect Getaway

We loved the location and the unit. It was just perfect. We've stayed in different kalivas over the 20 years we have been visiting Club Mykonos but this is by far the best one.

The only thing was the dining table wasn't stable, think it might be too old so we couldn't eat at the table. Other than that the unit is perfect.

The view was amazing and the studio apartment was surprisingly large.

Entrance to the apartment is via the garage and the garage door is not automated so it was difficult to lift the door when entering and leaving. Was not sure how to access the resort facilities as we needed an armband. We were only there for 2 days so we were fine but it will be needed for a longer stay.

Beautiful view and comfortable beds inside Mykonos resort.

The view was exquisite. We were able to walk to the beach and took our son to the heated pool at the Mykonos facilities, which he loved. The area felt very secure.

The television was not working, which meant we couldn't use cartoons to help my son wind down, but he was able to watch on his iPad. The internet connection seemed spotty, but it could have been that the room we were in was far from the router. The information online about Mykonos is terribly out of date, which is not Raaswater's fault. It would be nice if information about what there is to do in Mykonos was available at the desk.

We had an amazing stay at Raaswater. Professionalism and very welcoming staff from check-in to check-out. We had a small leak in our room and after reporting it, we were offered a different apartment immediately_ no questions asked! Will definitely recommend Raaswater to anyone anytime!

Spacious, scenic, family-friendly stay with minor cleanliness issues.

The accommodation was spacious and well appointed, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Its convenient location near all major amenities made everything easily accessible, while the secure environment ensured peace of mind, especially for families with children. We particularly enjoyed waking up to the soothing sounds of the waves a refreshing start to the day. An added bonus was having access to the excellent facilities at Mykonos, which enhanced our stay even more. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

The bathroom window opened directly onto a neighboring balcony, which impacted our sense of privacy. Additionally, the freezer compartment of the fridge was not functioning properly and didn’t keep items frozen. We also noticed leftover food (fries) under one of the beds from previous guests, which suggested that the cleaning could have been more thorough.

The view from the unit was fantastic! The restaurants, spa and heated swimming pool were unbelievable! The DStv selection of channels was excellent! Linen was clean and fresh and they changed the towels regularly.

Accommodation was splendid for two people 👍. Real holiday mood. Most of all, our accommodation back exit had access to the sea waterviews. The breaking waves are very beautiful 😍, just approximately 5m away.

The facility is situated in the Club Mykonos resort. The ambience & spaciousness is memorable.

It is a self catering establishment. The location, overlooking the ocean is absolutely magnificent.

The crockery available was for 2 persons only; 2 mugs, 2 plates etc. I found this inconvenient. A cover for reheating in the microwave would be handy, to prevent food splatters.

Sound of the ocean

Loved the view. The bedding was super comfy and clean. The staff were really nice. I forgot my wedding band on departure. And they were fast to contact me and keep it safe. Made my stay extra special. Thank you. Perfect place for a couple wanting time away from the hustle and bustle. Wish we could of stayed longer. Definitely recommend.

the location and coffee station were great. facilities are out of this world - plus there is carnival available and daily activities for children during the holidays. your littles ones will never be bored.

Miscommunication between Raaswater and Mykanos resulted in me having to take a few more steps than usual to get access tags but it was resolved quickly and otherwise a better holiday could not be had.

Close to the restaurant and putt-putt, rooms spacious.

Guests are really loud, we were facing the parking area and people were very loud as there was a party in the conference centre on Friday past 10pm. Cars were speeding past and people talking very loudly. The bathroom needs a good clean/revamp - grout is so old it looks dirty, the toilet seat can be changed as there is paint off the chair that looks dirty..
