Loved the location. Wonderful views and very central to the beach and nice restaurants.

As a family we were expecting to stay together in one house. It is actually two places, one apartment and one flatlet. The security was a major concern as non of the 4 outside doors/perimeter gates could lock. In fact, the neighbouring apartment guests walked straight into our entertainment area while we were there! Upon contacting the host, her response was that it is safe, so we do not have to be concerned?! Within the first 24 hours of staying there, we noted that the trelli-door in the flatlet was completely broken, the flatlet's front door could not lock, the towel hook in the flatlet bathroom was loose and pulled out of the wall when a towel was hung. The top apartment's toilet seat was loose as well as the towel hooks. The bath drainpipe in the top apartment's bathroom was completely disconnected, resulting in flooding the bathroom on Saturday morning when we opened one of the taps. We had to use our bathroom towels to ensure that the whole apartment did not flood. If we were not there, the damage would have been severe to the whole apartment. On immediately contacting the host regarding this emergency, she was very surprised, but offered no real solution. No-one came out to fix the drainpipe or provide us with security keys during our stay and we only received replacement bath towels during the course of Saturday afternoon.
