The property was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, and the balcony was cozy with an amazing view.
The property also included a private garage with dedicated parking. We were able to use the paddleboards, and there was a private sunbathing area with comfortable sun loungers right by the water.
Area also had many restaurants and 2 stores nearby which was very convenient.
It was a bit too close to the neighbors below us. When we were sitting outside, we could clearly see each other. The balcony divider was only about 80% covered by a wall, with large flower pots making up the rest. While the flowers provided some privacy, they could easily be moved, making it possible to access the neighboring balcony.
Second thing that bedroom did not have a AC, only a fan that is good but noisy to use when sleeping.

Everything was just perfect!
The swimming pool had not been filled yet since it wasn’t the season, but apart from that, everything was great!
