The house is pretty remote in a quiet, beautiful location with a fantastic panorama view. You need a car, but can get to either Tivat or Kotor in 10 mins. The terrasse, pool and veranda are very nice. The host surprised us with cake and a local breakfast.

We initally planned to stay there as a couple, but ended up being four persons. The house is at it's capacity limit with 4 guests, the kitchen equipment is limited and the sleeping rooms are small.

The pool was lovely. The view exceptional.

incredible view over the bay but silence and privacy for relaxed days at the pool and romantic evenings. The house is equipped with everything you need and the garden is well maintained and up to all ecological standards. The host provided us a warm welcome. No matter if for family vacations or honeymoon we think it is the best choice in the entire Bay of Kotor Area.

The road to the house is a bit difficult but we got used to it quickly

Perfect for all who need quite and secluded vacation, away from the usual hectic summer vibes of Montenegro coastline. The views are amazing, overlooking Tivat bay with Flower island, Sv. Marko island and Lustica peninsula. The house has all the amenities required for comfortable stay, including fully functional outdoor grill and stone kitchen as well as refrigerator on the lower terrace close to the pool. Garden is well kept, and you can daily pick fresh tomatoes, chilies, cucumber, as well as fresh herbs (lavender, mint, rosemary). The host - Tamara - is most helpful and available for any assistance required during the stay. We have enjoyed the stay immensely and would very much recommend this to all looking for peaceful holiday. By the way, some of the best beaches in Tivat area are 15-20 minutes drive, as is the Tivat and Porto Montenegro.
