Sea view and pool! Brend new! Vista

It was a very spacious two bedroom, two full bath. It has beautiful views as listed and is a very bright apartment. The quietness of Muo is very nice which is why we chose this location. Dobrota is quite crowded with horrible parking but this unit came with parking spot and air conditioning in living room and each bedroom so we were very comfortable (trip in August). The host was very quick to respond and help with check in / questions we had. WiFi was good too. The walk to old town entrance is 20min which was nice when we felt like we wanted exercise however the stretch of road by Muo has no sidewalk so just need to be mindful of cars in high tourist months. We felt very safe in this area as well. There is a electric water kettle, toaster and coffee machine, and dishwasher so it was great for our 5 day stay to make ourselves feel at home! Some pots and pans there as well but no food ingredients. Many supermarkets in Dobrota. Pool is great if you have small kids but also if you want to swim in Bay of Kotor right at the bottom of the rental, you are able to, water is clear and clean and locals swim as well in the afternoon which was nice. Overall I had a lovely stay with my husband, brother, and mom. I would return to this rental property!

Everything was great. Just a few notes. 1. Best to have a rental car for this home as it is in a quieter area of Kotor with only one walkable shop. 2. The curtains are not black out so in the morning you wake up with sun (which is lovely - but darker curtains would be nice). 3. Many stairs (for the nice view as unit is top floor) however good to be mindful if you have a walking disability this would be difficult. 4. If walking to old town with large group of people may be difficult bc about 1/3 is no side walk and there’s lots of cars.

Tamara was in touch and was there waiting with the keys earlier than the stated check in which was lovely. The air con was on and the apartment was immaculate - light, bright and modern. We were VERY well taken care of, she arranged a private speedboat tour with Nikola which was amazing and offered lots of great advice. We loved our time in Kotor and would highly recommend the apartments. There is a steep drive then several flights of steps up to the apartment which you can't avoid, but they were no problem for us including the kids and it was worth it for the views from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need including a dishwasher, and there was a washing machine in the main bathroom. Kotor is stunning but the old town gets busy with cruise ships - by the evening however they all tootle off and its calmer. My favourite time of the day was 7am when I walked or ran and saw the town wake up, but early evening was also beautiful. There is about a 20min walk to the old town - this is in part on a road with no footpath but there are lots of pedestrians so its fine and its lit, we were just careful as we would be in the UK. There is a great local bakery (Pekara) and a small tabac type shop and a mini market about 10mins from the apartment on the way to town, the bakery ladies are very lovely and will help you. On the "crazy roundabout" (you will know it when you see it) there is a bigger "Idea" supermarket but it was quite pricey, crowded and not very friendly at all. If you can be bothered the "Aroma" supermarkets have a much better selection, a bakery and are a lot cheaper - walk up past the bus station to the biggest one. Don't jaywalk, that appears to be a no-no as I saw someone told to get back to the kerb to wait for the lights by the police. We didn't have a car but there is a parking space at the apartment. We walked or used the local buses to go to Budva.

The only tiny suggestion we could make was to install blinds or curtains on all windows, the lounge had a sofa bed which we used as we needed the bed but no curtains on one large window, and the curtains generally were very fine voile type so by 4am the light woke my husband and daughter up as they are lighter sleepers. But there was no issue with privacy, you aren't overlooked at all!
