Welcome to your vacation apartment E-06!
This 70-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the second floor of Building E. It is designed to accommodate up to 4 people.
Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.
The apartment’s entryway leads you past a spacious closet on the right into the modern, inviting bathroom. Both a bathtub and a shower are at your disposal. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing candlelit bath!
Back in the entryway, straight ahead, you’ll find the heart of the vacation apartment: the large, light-filled living area with a unique ocean view!
The open, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, an inviting dining area, and a cozy sofa area with a large flat-screen TV make for the perfect vacation experience! The sofa sleeps two people. You can also access the comfortable bedroom through the living room. It features a great box-spring double bed, another flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and a desk.
You can access the sun terrace with a direct ocean view from both the bedroom and the living room. Two sun loungers, along with a table and four patio chairs, invite you to enjoy cozy get-togethers.
A private washing machine is available for your use in the apartment.
The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There’s also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Wohlfühlurlaub von Beginn an. Es hat uns ausstattungsmäßig an nichts gefehlt. Lieblingspatz: Balkon mit Sicht über die Lübecker Bucht. Wir kommen wieder!

Eine super Wohnung in einer super Lage.
Wir waren schon zum 2. mal hier und sind wieder total begeistert. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach umwerfend, direkter Blick auf die Ostsee ab der Eingangstür
. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
