About this apartment rental
This 60 m² two-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building C. It is designed to accommodate up to 4 people, and your dog is also welcome.
Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.
The inviting hallway leads you to the bathroom on the left, which features a shower and bathtub. Back in the hallway, your path takes you directly to the heart of the apartment—the living area. An open-concept kitchen, a dining area, a sofa nook, and a large picture window with a sea view invite you to relax. The sofa sleeps two people. There is also a bedroom with a double box-spring bed.
The vacation apartment is rounded out by a balcony with a sun lounger, table, and chairs. The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience any time of year.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There’s also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne neue Anlage mit Blick auf die See. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schon der erste Eindruck war perfekt. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist super und macht einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck.
Der Fittnessraum sowie der Wellnessbereich und Spielraum runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Die Wohnung und die Küche sind komplett, funktionell und liebevoll eingerichtet! Im Haus befindet sich eine neue Sauna, Fahrradanstellraum und Waschmaschine. Alle Gebäude sind durch die Tiefgarage gut und trocken zu erreichen! Danke!!!
