About this apartment rental
This cozy penthouse vacation apartment is bathed in natural light and furnished with great attention to detail. With 62 m² of space, it can accommodate four people. Dogs are welcome in this apartment! Park your car in the apartment’s private outdoor parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.
A spacious living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa for two people, a dining/kitchen area, and a bedroom with a double box-spring bed make for the perfect vacation. There is also a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
From the large, wraparound rooftop terrace facing east and south, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. Here, a beach chair, patio furniture, an electric grill, and two lounge chairs invite you to relax.
The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourist office, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, die maritime Einrichtung besticht mit vielen kleinen Details. Der Meerblick inkl. Leuchtturm, selbst vom Bett im Schlafzimmer aus, ist einfach nur ein Traum! Sollte ich im Lotto gewinnen, ziehe ich hier direkt ein. ;)

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in dieser perfekten Wohnung mit direktem Ostseeblick sehr genossen und konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer aus einen direkten Zugang zu einem der Bäder gibt. Positiv ist auch, dass sich im Gebäude ein Fahrstuhl befindet und die Tiefgarage ebenerdig im Erdgeschoss ist.Alles in allem eine tolle, super geplante Anlage.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
