This exclusive and modern luxury penthouse with a beautiful wraparound rooftop terrace offers 94 m² of space for 4 people—and your dog is welcome, too.
A spacious living room with a dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub) promise plenty of comfort. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed; the second bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out “bunk bed.”
From the large rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The beach is right on your doorstep.

All apartments have large terraces/balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in all rooms, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Lediglich der Preis ist etwas teuer. Da es "nur" Pelzerhaken ist. Daher im Preis/Leistung nur 4 Sterne. Aber insgesamt war es top! Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Wunderschöne Wohnanlage und wunderschönes Appartement, in einer super Lage.
Trotz zweiter Reihe kann man direkt auf das Meer blicken.
Ein rundum toller und erholsamer Urlaub.
Wir sind froh, mit unseren Hunden hier Urlaub gemacht zu haben!

Super unterkunft war alles dar das mann brauche und alles top Artikel und sauber. Parkplatz untem haus und abgeschollsen super. Ich werd es jade es enfallen.6 steren für die unterkunft.
