This 94 m² 3-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building An and warmly welcomes up to 4 people and one dog. You’ll have a private parking space in the underground garage.

The inviting entryway leads you directly into the heart of the apartment—the light-filled living room with a dining area and an open, superbly equipped kitchen. Through the large picture windows, you can enjoy a view of the beautiful Baltic Sea. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed—one of which has an adjoining private bathroom with a shower. Another bathroom with a shower and bathtub is also available.

You can access the sunny and spacious rooftop terrace from the living area. There, you’ll find two sun loungers and a seating area—perfect for enjoying the ocean view and relaxing!

The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental.

In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental service.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
