About this apartment rental
This modern, nautically themed vacation rental on the 2nd floor features a bright, spacious living/dining room with a kitchenette, a double sofa, and an armchair. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view all the way to the Baltic Sea.
With two bedrooms, up to four people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV, and features an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out “bunk bed” as well as a large closet. An additional shower room offers great comfort.
The lovely south-facing balcony with a partial ocean view is equipped with a table, four chairs, and two lounge chairs—a real highlight.

The idyllic location right on the South Beach, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation complex on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. You’ll also find a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Die sehr schöne, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen ziemlich großen, überdachten Balkon mit hochwertigen Möbeln und bietet, wenn auch aus der zweiten Reihe, einen Blick aufs Meer! Das Konzept der Anlage ist sehr durchdacht, von der zentralen Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zu den Treppenhäusern der einzelnen Häuser bis hin zum abgeschlossenen Fahrradkeller, der sowohl vom Treppenhaus als auch direkt von außen erreicht werden kann. Pelzerhaken ist nur ein recht kleiner Ort, es gibt einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt, die Anzahl an Restaurants und Kneipen ist aber sehr überschaubar. Wer es aber eher ruhig mag, ist hier absolut super untergebracht.

Die Anreise verlief reibungslos, so konnte der Urlaub bereits direkt bei der Ankunft beginnen. Wir waren überrascht, dass die Wohnung so gut ausgestattet war. Alles vorhanden was man auch nur ansatzweise benötigen könnte.Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnanlage mit wunderschöner Umgebung. Erholung vorprogrammiert. :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!
