About this apartment rental
This 77 m² 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is designed to accommodate 4 people. Dogs are welcome. Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!
You’ll find a bright living-dining area with an open, generously equipped kitchen. From the adjoining, beautiful living area, you can step out onto the magnificent, furnished south-facing balcony with sun loungers and a partial ocean view—a real highlight.
There is a large bedroom with a double box-spring bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom also features a double box-spring bed. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a shower.
Current note: There is a construction site in the direction of the pier.

All apartments have large terraces/balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access from the underground parking garage directly to your apartment.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Eine sehr schöne geräumiges Appartement mit stilvoller Einrichtung! Trotz der vielen Gäste ist es sehr ruhig. Sobald man die Fenster geschlossen hat hört man gar nichts mehr von der Umgebung und auch innerhalb des Blocks ist es sehr still! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause! Auch das Mitbringen von Fahrrädern ist völlig problemlos, da man großzügige Garagenstellplätze und blockweise separate Fahrradräume mit Straßenzugang hat! Medien, wie Stereoanlage und TV- Geräte, sind vorhanden und auch das hausinterne WLan funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Küchenbereich ist alles vorhanden, so dass man sich alles genauso, wie zuhause, zubereiten kann- und es gibt einen Elektrogrill auf dem Balkon! Alles in allem ein Rundumsorglospaket für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Wir fanden eine super ausgestattete Wohnung, in einen tollen Umfeld vor. Wir haben die ruhige Umgebung mit nahen Ausflugszielen und dem Strand kennen gelernt und erkundet, haben die Sonnenuntergänge genossen und bei einer ordentlichen Brise Drachen steigen lassen. Für Jung und Jünger, wird einem Alles geboten was das Herz begehrt. Die natürliche Lage entlang der Bucht entspannt, und das Sonnenscheinpotential belohnt einem für die Ortswahl.
Fazit: Tolle, spätsommerliche Urlaubstage in einer sehr erholsamen Umgebung.

Herzlichen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme. Wir haben uns in dieser wundervollen Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich großartig, alles ist schnell und trockenen Fußes erreichbar. Die In- und Outdoorspielplätze waren für meine Kinder ein Highlight. Die Lage direkt am Südstrand - perfekt, mehr geht nicht!
