It features a southwest-facing, light-filled living room with a dining area and an adjoining open, well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double box-spring bed for two people. The couch in the living room doubles as a sleeping area and provides additional space for 2 people. The penthouse is rounded out by a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The apartment includes one crib and one high chair.

On the large, partially covered rooftop terrace, from which you can enjoy a direct view of the sea, you’ll find patio furniture including two lounge chairs, a beach chair, and a high-quality grill.

You can park your car in a garage parking space located directly at the entrance to the building’s garage. From there, you can reach the penthouse via an elevator with barrier-free access.

There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
