About this apartment rental
Just a few meters from the sea is this beautiful 3-room apartment, which is wonderfully bright thanks to its many windows! With a generous 85 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to four people and your dog. A parking space in the underground garage is available for your use.
The spacious open-concept living room with a dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen forms the heart of the apartment. In the hallway and kitchen, you’ll find ample storage space thanks to a built-in closet and a storage room. Two bedrooms, each accommodating two people, as well as two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) ensure maximum comfort.
The covered terrace, featuring a garden table, two lounge chairs, a parasol, and a small lawn, is perfect for relaxing summer evenings—with a partial ocean view included.
Current notice: There is a construction site in the direction of the pier.

The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Eine super ausgestattete Wohnung. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Sehr sauber. Die Lage natürlich hervorragend. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Den nächsten Urlaub an der Ostsee verbringen wir gerne wieder in dieser Wohnung.

Ganz tolle Anlage, die keinen Herzenswunsch offen lässt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll sowie hochwertig eingerichtet. Auf Kleinigkeiten wird geachtet wie z.B. Tischtennisschläger, aktuelle Spiele, DVDs & CDs. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft, da man zentral wohnt & dennoch in nur wenigen Minuten am Strand ist. Auch der Balkonausblick ist traumhaft schön.
