Welcome to this modern and cozy vacation rental right on the beachfront in Pelzerhaken!
Its third-floor location offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. This apartment is perfect for up to four guests.
The bright and open living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the apartment. You can enjoy views of the water from both the kitchen and the sofa. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeper sofa and sleeps two.
The apartment also features a separate bedroom with a cozy box-spring double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and ample space for your wardrobe.
During your stay, your car will be parked in a designated spot in the underground parking garage.

The idyllic location right on Südstrand Beach, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make Südkap a unique vacation complex on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop in town.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.

Wie immer ein gelungener Urlaub, wir sind schon zum dritten Mal am Südkap und es ist immer wieder schön.Die Lage zur Ostsee ist perfekt, kostenloser Parkplatz ist auch nicht mehr so selbstverständlich, das einschecken ist auch sehr unkompliziert und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Unser Fazit:zu jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Ein tolles Haus. Die Wohnungen sind 1A. Der Zugang über die Garage, mit getrenntem Müll, fahrradabstellplatz ist genial.

Liebes Südkap Team!Wir haben die 5 Tage richtig genossen. Es hat uns an nicht gefehlt und wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für eine eurer Wohnungen entscheiden. Die Aussicht ist einfach unbezahlbar. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank das es euch gibt. Lg
