What a view of the ocean! <br>'s Vacation Apartment on the Baltic Sea: Südkap Apartment H-02

This one-of-a-kind vacation apartment is located on the second floor, directly above the Südkap wellness area in Pelzerhaken. From this front-row vantage point, you can enjoy an unobstructed view to the southwest of Lübeck Bay, the pier, the dunes, the children’s playground, and the promenade. You can protect your privacy from the outside with blackout curtains that block both light and views. In just 20 seconds, you can get from the apartment to the sauna with its relaxation room, as well as the wellness and fitness floors, either via the stairs or the elevator.
The vacation apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
This modern vacation home features a private garage space right next to the elevator entrance.
In total, there are three separate bedrooms in the apartment. Two bedrooms feature double box-spring beds, one with an en suite bathroom (tub, toilet, sink). The third bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed for two adults. The pull-out couch in the living room offers you additional flexibility in arranging the sleeping arrangements. Although there are 8 sleeping spots available, occupancy is limited to 6 people. Dogs are not permitted.
Another bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink is accessible via the hallway. The built-in closet in the entryway and the separate storage room provide additional space for suitcases and outerwear.
Both HD TVs are mounted on the wall and can be swiveled. The Blu-ray player and the small Bluetooth stereo system cater to your entertainment needs. For your personal entertainment, a small collection of games, as well as the available DVDs and Blu-rays, is at your disposal.

The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.

All apartments feature large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience any time of year.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
