Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, man ist in 1 Minute am Strand. Dieser ist auch recht sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

WOHNUNG G-02 Diese Wohnung war der absolute Wahnsinn, Urlaubsfeeling pur ! Die Lage ist einmalig und der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. In der Wohnung gibt es sogar einen Abstellraum mit Staubsauger, dort kann man auch super die Koffer lagern. Betten waren top, die Bäder klasse, gemütlich alles ! Das Wichtigste war für uns, einfach die Badehose anziehen und dann barfuss aus der Wohnung, direkt an den Strand. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, direkter Zugang von Tiefgarage, gut durchdacht ! Tischtenniszimmer mit Tischkicker, Fitnessraum mit Blick auf die Ostsee und einem angrenzenden Spielzimmer für die Kids, total klasse.Die Anlage ist toll geplant, ruhig, wunderschöner Vorplatz, Spielplatz direkt davor, kein Autoverkehr, kleine Ladenzeile, Fahrradverleih vor Ort, in 5 Minuten auf dem Seebrückenplatz mit wunderschönen Restaurants, wunderschöner Minigolf daneben..........es geht nicht besser. Wir waren in den Sommerferien da, nie war der Strand überlaufen.Man kann den Strand in beiden Richtungen entlang wandern, wahnsinnig schön. Frühstück & Abdendessen auf dem Balkon, das Meer und den Spielplatz im Blick, die Eltern sitzen dort in Ruhe und die Kids sind im Auge, klasse. Lange Spaziergänge nach Neustadt oder in die andere Richtung nach Rettin, wunderschöne Wege direkt am Meer, überall tolle Restaurants & Cafes am Weg, super ! Wer einen tollen Familienurlaub sucht, vielleicht auch mit Oma & Opa, ist hier bestens aufgehoben ! Ich werde diese Wohnung für 2018 wieder buchen, dieses Mal für 2 Wochen,da es für mich Urlaub in Perfektion war !

Das große Wohnzimmer mit dem Ess-/Kochbereich ist großzügig eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz - auch für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit guten elektrischen Geräten und ausreichend Geschirr. Der Ort Pelzerhaken liegt etwas abseits von den größeren Touristenorten an der Ostsee und ist daher etwas ruhiger - gerade ausserhalb der Hauptsaisonzeiten. Dies ist für Ruhe suchende Reisende sehr angenehm. Der Strand ist etwas kleiner, aber sehr schön mit einigen Strandkörben. Es gibt auch einen Hundestrand.

Die Sauna ist sehr schön und man kann auch hier den tollen Blick aufs Meer genießen. Den Blick aufs Meer hatten wir auch vom Wohnzimmer aus und konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen.
