About this apartment rental
The 4-room apartment on the first floor measures 99 m² and is designed to accommodate six people. In the large living room with a kitchenette, you can enjoy your meals and spend social evenings together. Three bedrooms, each sleeping two people, plus two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) offer the utmost comfort. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed, while the third bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out “bunk bed.” From the balcony, you’ll have a perfect view of the sea across Lübeck Bay.
Resort:
The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments feature large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator providing barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the playroom make your vacation a memorable experience any time of year.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourist office, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. You’ll also find a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub. Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, man ist in 1 Minute am Strand. Dieser ist auch recht sauber.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super-Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und (fast) unübertrefflicher Lage mit nur wenigen Metern zur Ostsee bzw. der Neustädter Bucht.

WOHNUNG G-02
Diese Wohnung war der absolute Wahnsinn, Urlaubsfeeling pur ! Die Lage ist einmalig und der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. In der Wohnung gibt es sogar einen Abstellraum mit Staubsauger, dort kann man auch super die Koffer lagern. Betten waren top, die Bäder klasse, gemütlich alles ! Das Wichtigste war für uns, einfach die Badehose anziehen und dann barfuss aus der Wohnung, direkt an den Strand. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, direkter Zugang von Tiefgarage, gut durchdacht ! Tischtenniszimmer mit Tischkicker, Fitnessraum mit Blick auf die Ostsee und einem angrenzenden Spielzimmer für die Kids, total klasse.Die Anlage ist toll geplant, ruhig, wunderschöner Vorplatz, Spielplatz direkt davor, kein Autoverkehr, kleine Ladenzeile, Fahrradverleih vor Ort, in 5 Minuten auf dem Seebrückenplatz mit wunderschönen Restaurants, wunderschöner Minigolf daneben..........es geht nicht besser. Wir waren in den Sommerferien da, nie war der Strand überlaufen.Man kann den Strand in beiden Richtungen entlang wandern, wahnsinnig schön. Frühstück & Abdendessen auf dem Balkon, das Meer und den Spielplatz im Blick, die Eltern sitzen dort in Ruhe und die Kids sind im Auge, klasse. Lange Spaziergänge nach Neustadt oder in die andere Richtung nach Rettin, wunderschöne Wege direkt am Meer, überall tolle Restaurants & Cafes am Weg, super ! Wer einen tollen Familienurlaub sucht, vielleicht auch mit Oma & Opa, ist hier bestens aufgehoben ! Ich werde diese Wohnung für 2018 wieder buchen, dieses Mal für 2 Wochen,da es für mich Urlaub in Perfektion war !

Die Wohnung in der ersten Reihe bezaubert natürlich wunderbar mit einem 180° Meerblick. Ein riesiger Balkon mit viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden und Relaxen. Das große Wohnzimmer mit dem Ess-/Kochbereich ist großzügig eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz - auch für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit guten elektrischen Geräten und ausreichend Geschirr. Der Ort Pelzerhaken liegt etwas abseits von den größeren Touristenorten an der Ostsee und ist daher etwas ruhiger - gerade ausserhalb der Hauptsaisonzeiten. Dies ist für Ruhe suchende Reisende sehr angenehm. Der Strand ist etwas kleiner, aber sehr schön mit einigen Strandkörben. Es gibt auch einen Hundestrand.
