About this apartment rental
This bright and modernly furnished two-bedroom penthouse apartment is located on the 3rd floor, right on the waterfront overlooking the Baltic Sea. With a living area of over 100 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people.
From the nearly 50 m² living room—which features a combined dining and kitchen area—you’ll enjoy a view that’s second to none. From anywhere in the living room, you can take in the panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay. There’s plenty of space for group activities, as well as quiet corners for some peace and quiet.
Both bedrooms feature box-spring double beds, ample closet space, and a flat-screen TV in each. Both bedrooms provide access to the large rooftop terrace. The pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room also accommodates two additional guests.
One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub and is directly accessible from one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom has a shower.
The 35 m² rooftop terrace, which faces south toward the Baltic Sea and features a beach chair, is partially covered and furnished with two lounge chairs, a large table with 6 chairs, and a parasol.
Use of a parking space in the garage is free of charge for vacation guests. From there, you can access the stairwell directly and take the elevator conveniently right up to the penthouse apartment.

The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick über die Küste. Da kann man sich auch bei Regenwetter sehr wohlfühlen

Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Da stimmt die Preisleistung nicht mehr ganz. Die Wohnung war sonst gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super direkt am Strand und der Ausblick ein Traum.
