About this apartment rental
This bright, modern 3-room vacation apartment is perfect for a relaxing vacation for up to 4 people. Your car will be safely parked in the underground garage during your stay.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building B in the “Südkap” vacation complex and is at ground level facing the inner courtyard toward the beach, featuring its own terrace and even a partial ocean view.
The 76 m² of living space is divided into a living room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms, each sleeping two people. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed, while the second bedroom features a single bed and a pull-out bunk bed. There are also two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The beautiful, furnished south-facing terrace promises plenty of light and sunshine, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The beach is just a few meters away.

The dreamlike location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make Südkap a unique vacation complex on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces/balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick, komplett mit allem ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich, kurz gesagt: Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen, gerne kommen wir wieder und genießen auch die Aussicht von der schönen Terrasse auf die Ostsee.

Urlaub im südkap ist einfach wunderbar! Sobald man in die Tiefgarage fährt beginnt der Urlaub, die Anlage ist super durchdacht. Das fängt bei den Fahrstühlen an, bei der super guten Ausstattung der Wohnung (von Küche bis zum Balkon) bis zur gemütlichen Einrichtung.Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist sehr hoch!
