Das Konzept der Wohnanlage ist super. Superschöne, ruhige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Rezeption jeden Tag besetzt, Brötchen- und Eier-Lieferservice, Parkgarage, großer sauberer Müllraum, Tischtennis und Kicker sowie Fitnessraum für schlechtes Wetter und wirklich 1. Reihe Strandlage. So soll Urlaub sein. Ein Fahrradverleih und eine Eisdiele sind direkt an der Wohnanlage. Ausgiebige Spaziergänge sind möglich und auch Neustadt und Grömitz sind schnell erreicht!

Die Lage sowie die Wohnung an sich waren super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was dringend benötigt wird in man hat auch keine weiten Wege. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Pelzerhaken und positiv überrascht. Die Kinder waren ebenfalls begeistert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - das nächste mal auch Länger.

Super ausgestattete hochwertige Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle haushaltsüblichen Geräte sind vorhanden und in neuwertigem Zustand. Diverse Gesellschaftsspiele, großer Flachbildfernseher (+ zusätzlich in einem Schlafzimmer), CD-Anlage und Blu-ray-Player sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Leider ist in der Wohnung B-02 der Meerblick sehr eingeschränkt, was aber den Wohlfühlfaktor nicht beeinträchtigt.
