About this apartment rental
This beautiful, bright vacation apartment in the Südkap resort in Pelzerhaken is located right on the beach and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Your car has a parking space in the underground garage.
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the large, cozy living and dining area with a kitchenette and cooking island promise luxury across 85 m².
Everything has been thought of—from the complete kitchen equipment to the cushions on the patio furniture. From there, you can reach your vacation apartment on the first floor via the staircase or the elevator.
Since the buildings in the Südkap vacation complex have an inner courtyard, the terrace is at ground level. From the magnificent south-facing terrace, you even have a partial view of the Baltic Sea.

The idyllic location right on Südstrand Beach, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make Südkap a unique vacation resort on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces/balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There’s also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to help with any questions or requests you may have.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Das Konzept der Wohnanlage ist super. Superschöne, ruhige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, Rezeption jeden Tag besetzt, Brötchen- und Eier-Lieferservice, Parkgarage, großer sauberer Müllraum, Tischtennis und Kicker sowie Fitnessraum für schlechtes Wetter und wirklich 1. Reihe Strandlage. So soll Urlaub sein. Ein Fahrradverleih und eine Eisdiele sind direkt an der Wohnanlage. Ausgiebige Spaziergänge sind möglich und auch Neustadt und Grömitz sind schnell erreicht!

Die Lage sowie die Wohnung an sich waren super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was dringend benötigt wird in man hat auch keine weiten Wege. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Pelzerhaken und positiv überrascht. Die Kinder waren ebenfalls begeistert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - das nächste mal auch Länger.

Super ausgestattete hochwertige Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle haushaltsüblichen Geräte sind vorhanden und in neuwertigem Zustand. Diverse Gesellschaftsspiele, großer Flachbildfernseher (+ zusätzlich in einem Schlafzimmer), CD-Anlage und Blu-ray-Player sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Leider ist in der Wohnung B-02 der Meerblick sehr eingeschränkt, was aber den Wohlfühlfaktor nicht beeinträchtigt.
