About this apartment rental
This 59 m² two-room apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. You can park your car in the building’s underground parking space. The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!
The apartment features a light-filled living area, a cozy dining nook, and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable sofa can be used as a sleeping area for two people, and you can enjoy the ocean view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment also features a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It’s rounded out by the bedroom with a double box-spring bed.
You can access the balcony with a sea view from both the bedroom and the living room. Comfortable balcony furniture invites you to relax and enjoy time together.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nude beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. You’ll also find a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.
The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.

Wir waren leiden nur eine Woche in der hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung mit dem fantastischen Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Trotz guter Auslastung der Wohnungen war es ausgesprochen ruhig. Ein überdachter Balkon mit Sitzgruppe und Liegestuhl rundete den angenehmen, erholsamen Aufenthalt ab. Fahrstuhl und gut ausgeleuchtetes Parkdeck trugen mit zum Wohlfühlen bei. Die Nähe zum Strand hat uns begeistert und immer wieder zu Spaziergängen am Wasser eingeladen. Der Ortskern mit kleinen Geschäften ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und bietet auch einige Lokale bzw. Restaurants. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Bis dann.

Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Es fehlt an nichts, super Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
