About this apartment rental
The 2016 newly built holiday complex Südkap Pelzerhaken, consisting of 8 houses with a total of 76 apartments, is located directly on the southern beach of Pelzerhaken.
Our apartment is in the house D. 2. Upstairs, with south west orientation. From there you have an incomparable view of the South Cape and the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is certified by the DTV with 5 stars and offers enough space for 4 guests.
All entrances are of course barrier-free, you can easily reach the apartment with the existing elevator.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a box spring bed 180 x 200, each bedroom has a separate bathroom, a bathroom with a shower, the other bathroom with a bath.
In the open kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances, such as dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer.
In the house H our guests the wellness area with 3 saunas and fitness, as well as a game room is available for free. House C has washing machines and dryers available for our guests.
The belonging to the apartment parking is of course free. For bicycles on the ground floor a locked bike room is available.

Wir haben eine kurze aber sehr angenehme Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und hohe Qualität der gesamten Ausstattung bis hin zur farblich passenden Wäsche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Gleiche gilt für die Lage und Aussicht. Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Auf dem großen überdachten windgeschützten Balkon mit Sicht auf die See kann man herrlich essen, lesen oder abends ein Glas Wein trinken, es wird nie langweilig. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Sehr moderne, hell und ruhige Wohnung. Sehr geräumig, sehr gute Ausstattung, sorgfältig gereinigt, bequeme Betten, Wlan stabil mit 50mbit/s, großer Parkplatz, freundliche Vermieter, guter Service vor Ort, großer Balkon mit schönem Teilblick auf die Lübecker Bucht. Wir können diese Wohnung vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Doppelzimmern jeweils mit Dusch-8 bzw. Wannenbad und großzügigem Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Einbauküche, die keinen Wunsch offen ließ. Herrlichen Blick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.
