The apartment on the second floor has two rooms (a bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette) and is designed to accommodate four people. The bedroom features an extra-long double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m) and a TV. The sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for two additional guests. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and bathtub, offers maximum comfort. Additionally, a grab bar is installed next to the bathtub.
From the balcony of the 68 m² apartment, which is located in the front row, you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.

Every room is equipped with insect screens during the summer months. These provide effective protection against insects, pollen, and fine dust while maintaining a clear view.

Since the apartment faces south/west, the balcony enjoys beautiful sunlight well into the evening. (provided the sun is shining)

Directly one floor below this lovely apartment, you’ll find the fitness area with several saunas. You can reach the area by elevator right in your bathrobe.
Children will find a playroom on this floor—especially handy when the weather isn’t so nice.
A selection of books and a collection of games round out the leisure activities.



A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
