The apartment (approx. 70 m²), which sleeps up to 4 people, is located in the center of Pelzerhaken, a quiet, up-and-coming Baltic Sea resort. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a small grocery store, a bakery, a hair salon, souvenir shops, and a variety of restaurants.
The Baltic Sea (South Beach) is within sight (approx. 250 m) and just a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment is on the upper floor of a two-family home and is occasionally used privately.
A parking space is available right next to the house, and there is a place to store bicycles in a garden shed (which also features a seating area and a grill).
