This lovingly designed vacation rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Neustadt. The attic features a double bed, and the first floor has the well-known Hemnes guest bed.
The apartment has a green garden and two terraces with a beach chair.
The Meerzeitraum is not a standard vacation rental, but a unique, very cozy home with a maritime flair that we also enjoy using ourselves to relax.
Anyone looking for a catalog-style hotel apartment will certainly be better off looking elsewhere.
The apartment has a green garden with a section reserved exclusively for guests and a shared section. There is a covered breakfast terrace and a south-facing terrace with a beach chair, as well as a surf and bike storage area with equipment that guests are welcome to use.
In Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, and Rettin, every guest receives the Ostseecard. It offers several discounts—for example, on the bus or at the surf station—and, of course, includes the visitor’s tax. Adults pay €3.10 per night during peak season. The card is free for children.
There’s a TV in the “Meerzeitraum,” as well as a projector for when it’s too stormy outside.
