About this apartment rental
The 62 m² two-room penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of Building C. It is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The penthouse is allergy-friendly.
Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.
The inviting hallway leads you to the bathroom on the right, which features a shower and bathtub. Back in the hallway, your path leads directly to the heart of the apartment—the living area. An open-concept kitchen, a dining area, a sofa nook, and a large picture window with a sea view invite you to linger. The sofa sleeps two people. There is also a bedroom with a double box-spring bed.
The vacation apartment is rounded out by a balcony with sun loungers, a table, and chairs. The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental.

The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make the Südkap a unique vacation complex on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.
The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience any time of year.
The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.
Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

Wir waren schon das 4x Gäste und es ist immer wieder schön da zu sein, fühlen uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung die sehr gut Ausgestattet ist. Besonders die Sauberkeit und die Corona Vorsorge wird sehr ernst genommen ..
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die entgegengebrachte Freudlichkeit um den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen..

Tolle Unterkunft in einer gepflegten Anlage und einer top Lage. Das Appartement war modern, sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Von der Tiefgarage über die Wohnung bis zum Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Ostsee hat alles gestimmt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und landeten direkt auf dem Wunschzettel der Ehefrau. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Wieder war es ein erholsamer und toller Urlaub in einer fantastischen Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Terrasse ist natürlich das Highlight.Die Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiten im Büro war exzellent wie immer. Nächster Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht!
