Once I got use to ALL the codes it worked ok

Dealing with Checkmyguest tainted this property. I had alot of trouble from the beginning. I git booking.com to help out..which was marginally helpful. I had to lodged a $500 Euro deposit as surety evening though I had paid up front in good faith. Booking.com reassured me so I went shead and lodged it. I AM STILL WAITING ON THAT MONEY TO BE RELEASED BACK TO ME IN MY ACCOUNT. If I hadn't lodged it I would have been stranded with accomodation in Paris. Not a good system at all. AVOID IF this property persists in using CHECKMYGUEST

Apartment doesn’t look as great as in pictures.

Located near Line 8 of the metro, which was really convenient to get to anywhere. Didn’t face much problem when using the code to access the apartment the first time.

Flooring was really bad. There were large gaps between the moulding wood and it seems that the cleaners don’t vacuum the floor because there were bits of food crumbs and hair on the floor. Oh and there’s also a nail protruding the floor in front of the common toilet so beware. Toilets looked relatively modern but there isn’t any hand soap nor other amenities provided.

Very nice appartment equipped with all you need and in high quality ! Great location. Would definitely stay again (after knowing its details). Overall very nice experience.

The check-in process was unclear and nobody's there to help. We had to call them to finally guide us step by step. We got locked outside the main building's door one time around midnight and couldn't get inside because the system had an issue so we didn't have the door codes and they do not respond to calls at night, and unless a neighbor came by coincidence and opened the door for us we would have slept in the car !! It was hard to get the luggage inside while the car is parked outside and no elevator. One air conditioner only for the whole appartment, and was mainly focused in the living room so it would be cooler than other rooms. Would prefer if they had better curtains to cut the light, in case we wanted to sleep during the day. Overall the main issue is: Access to the appartment.

Perfect location

The location was so perfect and the accommodation area was safe and very quiet.

The air conditioner didn't work during the stay. The owner kindly tried to prepare a fun for us but the fan arrived on the last day of our stay. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work. It would be better nice if they could fix them for the next guest.
