Welcoming Apartment - 2BR-6P - Bastille

Un poco pequeño el dorm ppal

Hi Yacine. Thank you for checking. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and it worked for us. A couple of minor points. With six of us attending at the apartment it was a little unexpected and unworkable to have only half a roll of toilet paper in each toilet on arrival. Also, there was just a tiny soap really. I know the apartment can’t be expected to provide these things as part of the rent but guests need time to settle and pick things up and I think it would be nice if there was some toilet paper and soap at least. It’s not that expensive from my perspective. Also, I think some instructions should be left for the stove. It was a struggle to get it working. A little manual would be helpful. In the master bathroom, the hairdryer was not working. Lastly, my suggestion would be that the apartment make a small investment and install a safe for guest. It’s a little touch that helps people feel while they travel. Again, this is not to say that we regret the decision to stay at the apartment. We enjoyed ourselves. The beds are comfortable, besding nice, as with the cleanliness, and the location was just excellent with bakeries, restaurants, and Metro nearby. Once I got use to ALL the codes it worked ok

Dealing with Checkmyguest tainted this property. I had alot of trouble from the beginning. I git booking.com to help out..which was marginally helpful. I had to lodged a $500 Euro deposit as surety evening though I had paid up front in good faith. Booking.com reassured me so I went shead and lodged it. I AM STILL WAITING ON THAT MONEY TO BE RELEASED BACK TO ME IN MY ACCOUNT. If I hadn't lodged it I would have been stranded with accomodation in Paris. Not a good system at all. AVOID IF this property persists in using CHECKMYGUEST
