Absolutely everything! The location was fantastic plus the space was clean and had everything we needed. I coordinated with Johanna who was absolutely lovely—she was exceptionally responsive, very friendly, polite and helpful. I absolutely recommend staying at this homely yet modern property!
There is a sign posted in the living room for private parking but I found that it wasn’t actually an available parking space. This wasn’t too much of a bother as it was quite easy for me to find street parking just outside though!

We enjoyed our stay in that excellent location.
The key of the door did not work, we locked the flat by closing shutters. We used both beds and one of the bed sheets was missing.

Prezzo troppo alto per i servizi e la struttura
central and convenient location to reach the main attractions
non-existent cleaning. The sheets were dirty and there was no linen for 4 people. it is a former garage and therefore very humid

Fijne plek met aandachtspunten.
De ligging in de heerlijke wijk le Marais en de moderne inrichting, de ruime slaapkamers en grote badkamer. Geen last van verkeershinder want het ligt aan een groene binnenplaats.
De rugleuningen en zittingen van de stoelen waren verbogen, de nachtkastjes zeer wankel en de kledingkast was volgepropt met kapotte ventilatoren en een stofzuiger zodat er zeer weinig ruimte overbleef voor hangkleding en koffer. Het slot van de buitendeur had veel kuren waardoor het zeer lang duurde (30 min.) voordat we uiteindelijk de deur uit durfde te lopen. Hoop dat dat geregeld wordt op zeer korte termijn. Wat ik ook miste is een bezem. De tv was niet functionerend te krijgen.

Stank en gebrek aan actie van het kantoor
De locatie Proper linnen en handdoeken
De stank (zelf ijskast uitgewassen, 2 bussen anti stank gekocht en gebruikt , dagelijks uren verlucht ; allemaal zonder resultaat), schimmel in badkamer en woonruimte (ik ben allergisch aan schimmel en zowel ik als kind hebben astma ; extra ademhalingsproblemen), diepvries die zo vol ijs zat dat we het zelf hebben moeten ontdooien om de koelkast en diepvriesdeur te kunnen sluiten. Televisie werkte niet ,na enkele dagen proberen hadden we door dat ook afstandsbedieningen platte batterij hadden , dus ook dat nog kunnen gaan kopen. Gebruiksaanwijzing of bij aankomst op locatie iemand van het kantoor voor info had hier al enkele problemen doen vermijden. Klein detail; flessenopener of werkende blikopener is praktisch. Het gebrek aan actie van het kantoor ondanks dagelijks bericht te sturen van ons.
