Opinia IVA house

Obiekt bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy 4 sypialnie i 2 łazienki plus duży salon z otwartą kuchnią. W 2 sypialniach duże małżeńskie łóżka w kolejnej 2 pojedyncze plus jedynka w ostatniej. Jest ekspres przelewowy, piekarnik, kuchnia gazowo-elektryczna, mikrofala, toster, lodówka, zmywarka, pralka, suszarka do włosów, żelazko, deska do prasowania, odkurzacz, TV, grill, talerze, sztućce i garnki - jest wszystko. 2 zadaszone miejsca parkingowe. Lokalizacja choć odległa od plaży (2 km) jest bardzo dobra pod kątem zwiedzania Istrii, Słowenii i Włoch. Dużo ładnych plaż w pobliżu. No i ta cena za wynajem. Najlepszy stosunek cena - jakość. Bardzo miła właścicielka domu, pomocna we wszystkim. Pozdrawiamy.

Klimatyzacja jedynie w salonie sprawia, że w naprawdę upalne noce konieczne jest uchylanie okien a brak moskitier naraża nas na komary których jest dużo. Z minusów to tyle.

Remek szállás, de a szúnyogháló nagyon hiányzik

Nagyon jó az elrendezése. A nappali, konyha, étkező külön van és attól egy ajtóval elválasztva az a folyosó, amiről a 4 szoba nyílik, így ha valaki már reggelit készítene, vagy este még beszélgetne a nappaliban, az nem zavarja a többiek pihenését. A szállás nagyon jól felszerelt.

Egy klíma van a nappaliban, de az csak a nappali-konyha-étkező hűtésére elegendő. A szobákat ebben a nagy melegben már nem tudja lehűteni. Kellett volna még egy klíma, amit a hálószobák folyosójára lehetett volna irányítani, így a szobákat is le tudta volna hűteni. A másik, ami nem tetszett, hogy az ablakokon nincs szúnyogháló. A hőség miatt kénytelen az ember az ablakokat nyitva hagyni éjszakára és bár van zsalugáter, az a szúnyogokat nem tartja vissza.
