Location (near beaches and "train")

We are a family of four. We chose the accommodation based on its location and the photos. We travel a lot, but we have never experienced such an uncomfortable bed/sofa before. When we arrived, I had to call the agency because the pull-out sofa was full of dog hair (there is no vacuum cleaner in the apartment). They said they would take care of it. When we came back two hours later, the sofa had been barely cleaned (as if someone had just swept it), and a sheet was placed over it (as if we wouldn’t notice it was dirty?). Our younger son (2 years old) has a mild dust mite allergy. We’ve never had any problems before. On this bed, we thought he was going to choke from coughing – the bed probably had never been vacuumed. That was one of the reasons we decided to leave a night early. The fridge smelled sour even though it was empty, so I had to clean it before putting anything inside. We really travel a lot, and we visit Umag at least once a year since we live nearby – but we definitely won’t be coming back here. You only get one key for the gate, so if someone wants to go somewhere, you have to go with them to open the gate. I could go on and on and on..

The location was perfect … dogs are welcome and it was near the dog beach… in property is everything that we need…. We miss only stand for loundry… everything alse was perfect …. It was quit and a lot space for parking … we will come back😉

View was great, balcony is ideal for chilling and the location was close enough to the festival as well as to the city.

The address that is handed to you when you pick up the key is correct, however, google maps location will send you half an hour by foot further than the actual address. It would be great if someone mentioned this. Apartment didn't have any salt/pepper/oil (basic condiments) which would be great.

It was very clean, nice garden, extremely well equiped kitchen, large terrace, safe parking, overall a very nice place to stay. There are several beaches at a walking distance.

There is no elevator, no WiFi, the fold out couch is worn out and not very comfortable for sleeping.

Brand new. Nice decoration.

Location was quite far from town center. Just one roll of toilet paper on 3 persons.

Čist, prostoren in dobro opremljen apartma. Lepa terasa. Velik TV z več programi. Plaža z naravno senco v bližini.

A limpeza e localização é fantástica

O sofá cama está bom para cama extra porém o ambiente não fica totalmente sem luz porque o bloqueio da janela não fecha por completo, a porta do banheiro está fechando com um pouco de dificuldade.
