The plase is superb, very well maintened, especially the beach and surrounding, the furniture in appartment is outdated

Very clean and close to the beautiful well maintained beach

The lights in kitchen and bedroom did not work, the bed was very uncomfortable. I asked to stay on ground floor (health issues) but was put on the upper 2nd floor which was very inconvinient.

Perfect for families with kids, many pine trees, amazing beaches

Amazing place for families with small or older kids. The resort is pet-friendly; many dogs were walking around, swimming, and resting under the trees. Apartment was clean, spacious and very cosy. Every room had a separate air conditioning system, although there was no need for that - the place is perfectly cold. We were located 20 metres from the nearest beach, where you can find something for every taste - sand, rocks, pine trees. The water was very clean. There are many options for water sports, outside activities, playgrounds, many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It's peaceful at night.

Lovely place that can shine better with small improvements

Location and terrace view is absolutely amazing . Size of an apartment and terrace is very good for average family of 3. Friendly stuff at reception, willing to answer all our questions. We were here for 3 times, and always amazed with location and its offer.

Apartment was very clean when we arrived, but then during stay apartment was not cleaned by stuff at all. Only new towels were left in front of our doors every 2 days. On question why apartment is not cleaned like past years - answer is that this service is available only on extra charge. That is unacceptable not to have cleaning for money we paid. Overall some small investments are needed to bring apartments to higher quality - squeaky bed, old tv with only few programs that usually don’t work, low number of kitchen hardware… Despite all bad sides we will visit this place again in the future

The noise: the cleaning, maitenance workers started early in the morning, before 8 AM to clean the roads with loud machines.

Great location, the apartment is fairly spacious.

Very dirty. The beach had cigarettes and other trash everywhere, they charge for umbrellas and chairs but don't make any effort to clean the small beach. They clean around the apartments by basically just using leaf blowers but lots of the rubbish never gets picked up that way..The pool was crowded, the kid's splash pad area would be great but half of it isn't working. The regular pool was crowded, yet no cleaning staff to be seen all day, so it resulted in waste and trash floating in the pool. The other pool was closed, no explanation why. Should be rated 2 stars at best and about half the price for what it is. The staff were polite and severely understaffed, had to wait 40 minutes in line just to check out. You will get nickel and dimed for everything at some of the highest prices in Europe if you try any of the kid's activities offered.

Excellent site, good value for money

The site is very well designed and maintained. There are pools, lounging chaira, bara, restaurants, a good supermarket, everything you need. The apartments are well equipped as well.

The apartman is a little outdated and not in the best shape anymore.

Croatian preseason at its finest

Appliances were broken and missing, water pipe was spreading water all over place, doors frim bedroom were unable to open, starting microwawe was lottery. Just poor state of apartment, couple of light bulbs not working on patio so when night falls visibility is questionable.. I understand that it's preseason but you can't rent apartment with half of stuff broken and/or not working. 30 meters from apartment heavy machinery building new buildings making huge noise during whole stay... Room description says 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, reality is that there is no room with single beds all are queen beds.

We especially liked the location. In comparison to previous years, the kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware. And of course, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds and the couch (used also for sleeping) were really uncomfortable. The couch really needs to be replaced with a new one. Even the bed mattresses in the bedroom need to be replaced. We all had backaches.

Clean flat, good service. Nice pool area and beach areas. But it’s a place mostly for families with smaller children.

No oven in the apartment. Broken bed lamps on arrival (they were quickly replaced). A bit worn down.

Very close to the beach, spacious and clean. Close to restaurants. The cleaning staff was very nice and when there was a problem at one time, it was fixed imeefiately.

Outdated, noisy, if you moved a chair, the whole neighborhood could hear it, the doors were not closing properly, not even one key in the rooms. I was not happy in this respect regarding the amount I paid for the stay. Hardly 3 stars and definitely not 4. The kitchen was not well-equipped. Nevertheless, I had a good time because I decided not to focus on the negative.

Good location by the sea, not too far from Umag and close to the tennis stadium. The tennis courts are excellent!

The facilities (esp. the apartments) are old, worn-out, and the cleaning was non-existing. The kitchen can hardly be used, utensils are old and useless. Staff is not very friendly or helpful.
