Die Villen mit Blick zum Meer sind traumhaft. Ein Bad im Meer vor dem Frühstück und die Möglichkeit vor Ort Frühstücken zu gehen sind perfekt. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

Bedingt Urlaub mit Hunden

Große weitläufige Anlage mit Bugalow Häuser und Appartmentanlagen, mit Hund in der Nachsaison sehr gut geeignet. Zu Fuß nach Umag Hafen ca. 30 min. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Filterkaffeemachine, Nespresso und die Ital. Variante.

Der angebliche Hundestrand ist am äußersten Ende und dann nur eine Betonplattform mit sehr steinigen Hindernissen ins Wasser. Keine Schattenmöglichkeiten. Von unsere Villa bis dorthin ca. 15 min. Bei €17 am Tag für Hund sollte das wesentlich besser gelöst sein. Wir hatten eine Villa für 2-4 Personen, bei 2 Platz ausreichend, Ablagemöglichkeiten im Kleiderschrank sehr begrenzt. Im hinteren Ende fanden wir noch Socken von irgendwelchen Vorbewohner. Bei Familie mit Kindern wäre die Variante für 6 Personen besser.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Ein eigener Garten mit einer großen schattigen Terrasse und allem, was man zum Relaxen braucht.

Nette Ferienanlage aber zu teuer, schlechte, überteuerte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kalter Pool.

Schöne Ferienanlage, relativ ruhig. Einzelstehende Häuser mit Garten und Liegen. Grill auf der Terrasse. Wäscheständer für die Badesachen.

Da man an einem zentralen Parkplatz parken muss und mit Gepäck und einen kleinen E-Wagen zum Appartment gefahren wird, muss man seine Einkäufe über eine relativ weite Strecke tragen. Dazu ist der einzige Lebenmittelladen unverschämt teuer und schlecht sortiert. Wer am Samstag Abend eincheckt, kann sich über leere Brötchen und Brotregale freuen und es gibt leider keine Alternative, ausser man fährt mit dem Auto einkaufen und schleppt dann wieder die Taschen...Im Appartment gibt es tatsächlich keinen Backofen, also auch Brötchen zum Aufbacken am Abend sind nicht möglich. Ist defintiv mehr als 1 Stern Abzug. Der Pool ist sehr ansprechend, aber eiskalt, daher sind auch kaum Leute zum Schwimmen da. In jedem Zimmer sind Klimageräte, wer es mag. Schöner wären an den Fenstern Fliegengitter, dann könnte man auch lüften, ohne dass überall Mücken sind und man hätte frische Luft. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Lampen bestückt, die kaum Licht geben...auch das Wohnzimmer ist schlecht ausgeleuchtet.

Gut ausgestattete Villa, alles da, was man braucht, schattig, schöne, unterschied Strände mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, alles gut erreichbar, sehr gute Lokale im Resort

Die Stufen zum kleinen Hafen könnten barrierefrei gestaltet werden, da muss man Umwege in Kauf nehmen oder Kinderwagen/Bollerwagen heben…es wäre genug Platz für eine kleine Rampe

Idealnie położony apartamwnt tuż nad morzem

Juz od początku zachwycil nas pieknie zadrzewiony teren. I tuz nad samym morzem. Wokol budynkow jest ladnie utrzymany trawnik, krzewy i drzewa. W parterowych budynkach sa 2 lub 3 mieszkania. Bardzo przemyslanie zaprojektowanane, tak ze sąsiedzi w ogóle nie odczuwaja swojej obecności. Mieszkalismy w I linii od morza, ale budynki w glebi tez sa fantastyczne. Wystarczająco duzy i zadaszony taras z grilem pozwala na spedzanie na nim czasu. Samo mieszkanie ma wszystko co potrzeba i jest przestronne, widne, z nowoczesną łazienką. Posiadlosc jest duza i bezpieczna, zamknieta dla samochodow, mozna spacerowac, biegac, i wyprowadzac pieski. Jest tez pod kazdym względem przystosowana dla niepełnosprawnych. Ogólnie wszystko z klasą, jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Az elkülönített, autómenetes terület nagyon tetszett. A szoba és a fürdési lehetőség közel volt, több lehetőség is közel volt. A szállás felszereltsége kiváló volt, meg voltunk elégedve. A teraszon a függönyökkel meghittebb hangulatot lehetett teremteni.

Nem volt nekem egyértelmű a szállás megközelítése. Kicsit kérdezősködni kellett. Végül hamar meglett.

Skvělá lokalita i servis

Velmi hezké vilky vybavené vším co je potřeba. Perfektní je plynový gril u každé vilky. Lehátek je v areálu celkem dost i když samozřejmě někteří si na ně dají ručník už v 7 ráno a pak je tam celé dopoledne nevidíte. Vše je ale opravdu perfektní.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Bungalows. Tolle Liegewiesen unter Bäumen direkt am Meer. Sehr saubere Anlage

Schlechte Restaurants mit schlechtem Service auf dem Platz. Keinerlei Angebote für Jugendliche — für Erwachsene auch nur die Restaurants. Eher langweilig, wenn man nicht in einer Gruppe unterwegs ist. Die nächstgelegene Stadt Umag ist wirklich nicht schön, man vermisst den Flair die solche kleineren Städte am Mittelmeer normalerweise haben. Der Arzt, der vor Ort sein sollte, ist nie anwesend. Teilweise schauen Felsen noch aus den gefliesten Wegen heraus. Dies, in Kombination mit dem abwesenden Arzt, führte zu einem verschwendeten Urlaubstag mit gebrochenen Fuß (kleiner Hinweis: die Klinik in Umag besitzt KEIN Röntgenapparat)

Nice holiday for family and and few tips to improve

Great location close to several beaches — sandy, pebble, and gravel — all within easy reach of the accommodation. Peaceful surroundings without car access, safe and quiet, ideal for children. Modern and stylish villa furnishings. Clean and professionally maintained grill on the terrace.- - -Nice bakery and small market in pedestrian distance within the resort Despite the high season and many visitors, the resort never felt overcrowded. Thanks to several available beaches, guests were well spread out, making it easy to find peaceful spots to relax. There were also plenty of activities for children. Friendly and welcoming staff, always ready to help.

Missing insect screens on the windows and possibly on the terrace doors. The last thing you want to do on holiday is spend the night killing mosquitoes all night For the first three days, no one came to change our towels or clean the accommodation. Once we contacted the reception, the issue was resolved immediately. The accommodation is not very child-friendly — sinks and toilets are quite high. Adding a small step stool and a high chair for feeding would be a great improvement. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable for sleeping, and the mattress in the main bedroom was thin, which caused back pain. The kitchen was not well equipped for families, especially with children. There were too few pots and plates, making it suitable only for occasional cooking. The dishwasher did not work properly, leaving dishes dirty. We had booked a baby cot in advance, but upon arrival it was missing. When it was eventually brought to us, it was delivered in an unclean condition.

An sich sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Strand. Viel natürlicher Schatten durch alte Pinienbäume.

Die Villas sind zwar neu ausgestattet, aber die Substanz bleibt alt. Der uralte Fliesenboden wirkt permanent schmutzig. Es ist feucht und müffelt. Am schlimmsten war der Gestank vom Kanal im Badezimmer, unerträglich. Beschwerde brachte keine nachhaltige Besserung.

Villan var jättefin

Vi bokade en privat villa för avkoppling och sömn. Det vi fick var två nätters oavbruten dunka-dunka fram till klockan 04:00. Om du älskar att ligga sömnlös medan basen vibrerar genom väggarna, så är detta stället för dig. Boendet hänvisar till att de ”informerat” om evenemanget på Booking. Vad det faktiskt står är att det kan förekomma ökad aktivitet och fler besökare. Det står inget om att man som gäst kommer att få en plats mitt i ett rave utan möjlighet att tacka nej. Vi har alltså betalat för en privat villa och fick istället en ofrivillig VIP-biljett till en Technofestival. Missvisande, oärligt och helt oproffsigt. Nästa gång väljer vi ett boende där “privat” inte innebär att dela nattsömnen med partysugna gäster.

Розташування і тиша. Безпечне місце. Чудове місце для відпочинку з сім'єю, немає шуму. Всі зручності є у віллі. На території є супермаркет, що дуже зручно.

Ресепшн треба знайти))) Прибирання в номерах платне, але навіть оплата не гарантує того, що вам приберуть віллу і замінять постіль. Немає пляжних рушників. Рекомендують брати рушники для ванної кімнати.

Sehr schön!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund) hatten eine Superior Villa und haben selbst gekocht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut, es gibt genügend Töpfe, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso, Filter und Mokkakanne!) sogar Reibe und Schäler und Toaster. Und einen gut gefüllten Weinkühlschrank. Im Supermarkt im Resort kann man vieles kaufen und es gibt auch eine kleine Bäckerei. Ich war froh, dass ich nach den Kommentaren hier Wettex, zusätzliche Geschirrspültabs (es gibt 4), eigene Messer und Geschirrtücher mithatte. Die Kinder und auch der Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt! Perfekter und entspannter Urlaub!

Das einzige war bei der Ankunft waren wir nicht sicher wo wir hinmüssen, auch jetzt danach bin ich mir nicht sicher wie der Ablauf sein sollte. Ich denke man muss sich bei der ersten Rezeption (gegenüber Supermarkt) anmelden dann weiterfahren durch den Schranken zur überdachten Abholung, damit einen dann ein Fahrer holt, dann Auto parken, dann Gepäck umladen, dann wird man zur zweiten Rezeption gebracht, dort bekommt man die Zutrittskarten und dann fährt man mit dem Fahrer in die Villa. Das hat alles gefühlt sehr lange gedauert (mit schon müden Kindern). Eine bessere Beschreibung wäre da hilfreich.

Wunderschöner Badeurlaub in tollem Resort !

Wunderschönes Resort . Sehr sauber und gepflegt . Wir hatte eine superior Villa . Tolle Ausstattung . Leider nicht in erster Reihe direkt am Meer - aber direkt dahinter . 50 - 100 m zum Meer oder den beiden Pools. Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Tolle Schattenplätze unter riesigen Bäumen auf großen Wiesen direkt am Meer . Kostenlose Liegen sind immer verfügbar. Die Villa ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Als Badeurlaub top ! Wir kommen wieder 😀

Pools machen leider erst um 10 Uhr auf . Wäre gerne um 7 schon geschwommen .

Good and close resort to stay

Great location, spacious and well equipped villa, silence and good sleep quality, was not too crowded in September, friendly stuff, good infrastructure, clean and comfortable.

Check-in and check-out are the main problems. Upon arrival we didn't find the right parking and therefore didn't get shuttle transfer but had to walk from the entrance to the reception and then to the villa with all the luggage. I think instructions could be more clear and sent in advance. Also check-out procedure was a bit unpleasant. They picked up our luggage at 9:15 and instructed us to leave the villa at 10 am but already at 9:40 housekeeping entered, put their stuff at the terrace and it became clear we were not welcome anymore. Oil, pepper and salt would be good to have in the kitchen. Also providing beach towels would be great.

Můžeme vřele doporučit.

Velký resort, vše na jednom místě. Moře, bazény (několik), restaurace, obchod, pekárna. Ubytování ve vile mělo vše. Terasa s grilem, venkovní posezení. Uvnitř vybavení klimatizace, televize v každém pokoji, nedávno po rekonstrukci. Žádná chyba.

Všechno bylo v pořádku. Nelze nic vytknout.
