Nice holiday for family and and few tips to improve

Great location close to several beaches — sandy, pebble, and gravel — all within easy reach of the accommodation. Peaceful surroundings without car access, safe and quiet, ideal for children. Modern and stylish villa furnishings. Clean and professionally maintained grill on the terrace.- - -Nice bakery and small market in pedestrian distance within the resort Despite the high season and many visitors, the resort never felt overcrowded. Thanks to several available beaches, guests were well spread out, making it easy to find peaceful spots to relax. There were also plenty of activities for children. Friendly and welcoming staff, always ready to help.

Missing insect screens on the windows and possibly on the terrace doors. The last thing you want to do on holiday is spend the night killing mosquitoes all night For the first three days, no one came to change our towels or clean the accommodation. Once we contacted the reception, the issue was resolved immediately. The accommodation is not very child-friendly — sinks and toilets are quite high. Adding a small step stool and a high chair for feeding would be a great improvement. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable for sleeping, and the mattress in the main bedroom was thin, which caused back pain. The kitchen was not well equipped for families, especially with children. There were too few pots and plates, making it suitable only for occasional cooking. The dishwasher did not work properly, leaving dishes dirty. We had booked a baby cot in advance, but upon arrival it was missing. When it was eventually brought to us, it was delivered in an unclean condition.

Good and close resort to stay

Great location, spacious and well equipped villa, silence and good sleep quality, was not too crowded in September, friendly stuff, good infrastructure, clean and comfortable.

Check-in and check-out are the main problems. Upon arrival we didn't find the right parking and therefore didn't get shuttle transfer but had to walk from the entrance to the reception and then to the villa with all the luggage. I think instructions could be more clear and sent in advance. Also check-out procedure was a bit unpleasant. They picked up our luggage at 9:15 and instructed us to leave the villa at 10 am but already at 9:40 housekeeping entered, put their stuff at the terrace and it became clear we were not welcome anymore. Oil, pepper and salt would be good to have in the kitchen. Also providing beach towels would be great.

Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work properly. The reception sent different technicians but they could not find a fix.

Good

The breakfast was quite good, the workers were kind. The villa was close to the beach, it was very comfortable. Near the villa were a lot of services (entertainment, non-stop stores, bakery). Not to mention, there is a restaurant nearby, so you do not need to worry about a place where you can have dinner. (There is a fixed price, and you can add the bill to your villa number)

On the second day of our vacation, the living room's air conditioner decided to not work properly. It flowed air, but the air was not cold at all, and our nights were quite unpleasant. Actually, I slept on the terrace, outside of the villa on a sunbed because the temperature outside was lower than inside. On the next day, we reported the problem at the reception. They said that they are going to send a professional to look at it, but, surprisingly, that professional never arrived. So I had nothing to do, and I continued to sleep outside. I think this comfort is disproportionate to the price we paid for the accommodation.

Great family type hotel

Nice refurbished villa type hotel next to the beachfront. Free sunbeds on the beaches around the houses. Each villa has gas grill on the terrasse on top of the kitchenette in the house. Added new outside relax pool! Dog friendly!

Not being ready for guests/season - first, day electricity was out, inner courtains missing; air conditioning for one room was fixed second day while for second room was stil not fixed by the day we left

Very nice, you will find things to do here for sure.

The haus was really nice. We were there in May. it‘s a great time to be there. Very comfortable and within a huge resort that leaves nobody unaddressed. We were 4 adults and a child, and there was still a possibility for another two to sleep in the living room. Two bathrooms, very important! Huge terrace with the table and six chairs + two chairs for sun bathing or a quite book read im the shadow.

I tried to have a conversation at the reception about the future bookings and was referred to the webpage. Nobody seams to value personal contact with the client. That can be also positive, you are left alone and will have a privacy.
