Great place

The villa is beautiful and super equipped. The pool is small but great for kids. The garden is fenced, so ideal for staying with a dog. A large terrace where everyone could sit. Restaurants and shop nearby. Umag is a great starting point for sightseeing - we visited Rovinj, Novigrad, Venice, Porec with Zelena Laguna and the waterfalls.

Unfortunately the coffee machine is not working. There were no capsules for it either. And when we bought it, it turned out that it didn't work anyway. The grill is not really a grill, it's an electric frying pan :)

Ideal location, comfortable, well equipped and maintained villa. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Exceptional

Everything great. Good service from the owner -> we could already check in earlier. The hosue was clean and the rooms were nice. The area is very silent and nice for families. Walk to the city is nice neyt to the sea and takes around 20 - 25min.
