Zero professionalism. We arrived on Sunday for a few days of vacation. We booked a seafront apartment on the booking website. The photo and descrition of the apartment on the website is seafront. They gave us an apartment 200 meters from the sea in the middle of the pine forest. As soon as we entered I noticed that the electrical panel had problems because it was noisy and there was a loud buzzing sound constantly. I immediately notified the reception and they told me they would come right away but they were not seen. The reason for the problem was clear. During the night, in addition to the noise, with the storm, water entered the electrical panel and the apartment causing a short circuit. Really nice water and electricity. I called at 8:00 and they told us they were giving us a new apartment. So on the third day, after two nights with constant white noise, we moved to an apartment facing the road and not facing the sea. 4 stars? Not even 2. Ruined our vacation. In another place, even in Pakistan, they would have apologized and given us a better apartment.... I'm really sorry. They don't deserve the sea they have.

A big complex, lots of possibilities ... the location just north of Umag ist s nice spot !!

the apartment wasn't very clean, I would say the bare minimum of cleanliness was achieved ... they try to make it look nice from the outside, but when you start to look at the detail ... oh my word; the crane half broken, the shower tab so small, you can't barely move, mold in the corners, ... just disappointing ...

Lovely terrace with a stunning view

The location is fantastic, and the check-in process was super easy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a lovely terrace with a stunning view — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The space feels cozy and well-equipped.

The only downside to this accommodation is the large number of ants crawling around the hallway and bathroom.

Sunny weekend

We have been coming to this resort regularly since 2008. When the resort was taken over by Plava Laguna, I was looking forward to the improvement of the accommodation and the quality of service. As I know every single type of accommodation over the years, I was curious to see what SUPERIOR apartman offers. It is true that a lot has changed, but I was disappointed that in the bathroom there was water flowing from the ceiling of the apartment above us. There was dampness and mould in the bedroom in the corner. The air conditioning smelled musty. It's a shame that the investment is not reflected in the quality. Otherwise, the area, the environment, the landscaped coastline, clean pools, plenty of sunbeds is very positive.

Really close distance to the beach and swimming pool. Air condition in the apartment. Tennis, table tennis, running and other sport facilities were available. The kids loved it as they could enjoy the beach/swimming pool and when too tired rest in a fresh place.

Our apartment had a broken tv, a badly assembled bed, and a missing shelf on the fridge. We had to call the service help to come and fix these items and it took half a day before we got someone to visit us, when they did they were helpful and friendly to the extent possible. The TV was not repaired until we left 4.5 days later. Apartment could really benefit from a thorough cleaning of walls, floor and doors. Fridge did not have a mini freezer. We had 6 espresso cups but only 2 wine glasses, there should be a minimum check that all tools in the kitchen are there. Swimming pool water did not look super clean, is it being filtered on a regular basis?

Pleasant

Lots of natural shade. Pool is nice together with aqua-gym and kid animations. Pepi club for kids during the day and disco in the evening. Entrance to the sea from the beach near the apartments is not that rocky, just a meter or two before you step into the sand.

Reception staff is not very handy. They seem confused and in case of a complaint you will need to visit them several times. Rooms should be cleaned more often. They were not cleaned before we got in.

Disappointing

location is spacious with plenty of trees/shades. There is a swimming pool and several places to swim on the sea

The allocation of families and young "party" groups should be better planned. There is enough area to accomodate different areas. We were travelling with small children and got constant loud music (14-23h30m) just above/nearby us. The rule control should be more proactive and not wait for guests complaints. In the night several cars speeding inside with many groups walking alongside.

it’s like part of a house that is yours. rather small, but there is everything you need there!

it’s a bit further than 1st line in my opinion, but not that far after all. the beach is made of concrete or has rather large pebbles, so be sure to grab special shoes

Advertising of the apartments was misleading, however thanks to the reception we had a great holiday

After discussing the fact we assumed we had paid for a certain apartment type (which we knew from a previous visit), as the photo's in the booking showed only the apartment we wanted; however in reality we were given a poorer apartment (also further from the sea, restaurant etc.), the Reception in the end upgraded us without further charge, to the apartments we had expected we'd booked and paid for.

Not only did we have a poorer apartment given to us on arrival, but the apartment was absolutely stinking (Mould), it was unacceptable..., we had to sleep there for 1 night before we could be moved to the other apartment.

I recommend for vacation!

I recommend this apartment. Good location if you want to explore Istria. You can also bring your dog with you because they accept pets (13€ for night). In addition wi-fi works really fast and you car park your car in front of apartment (1€ for night). The whole complex is very big, so you don't feel that there are a lot of people (we went in the beginning of September and everything was booked).

Very good location close to sea and the pool located together. A lot of green and forest in the park. Childrenfriendly and lots of activities for them.

At some points needs some renovation. The appartment was ok and clean when we arrived but very basic. Is rented for 4 persons but for 4 adults is too small. The area at the sea needs some renovation is clean but should need some extra eat and drink facilities. Also the pool and concrete beach needs some renovation.

Nice, clean pleace, prefect for family with children

- the staff was really kind and helpful - the apartment was simple, clean and in good condition - by the arrival we had to wait at the reception in a long queue but they apologize about that - the whole area is closed, safety and the beach is near. There are many people, but the area is huge, so there was nothing crowded. Perfect for family with children or if you want just relax.

there is a small "train-taxi" with that you can go to Umag city. This small trip takes about 30 min. Nice program but nobody takes care about COVID situation. It is not neccessary to wear mask, and the personal put the people everywhere in the train, if a small place somewhere is empty. It was really not a good idea and not safe. (of yource you dont need to use this service).

Very nice area, organisation could be better

Very nice area. Many different approaches to the sea - concrete, rocky beaches, or the possibility of lying under the trees. Sea quite shallow - good for children. Very nice swimming pool, a little bit overcrowded, but still OK. Train station very close - cca 35 minutes to get to the center of umag. Two shops nearby. Food at the restaurant tasty and variable even for children. Dinner from 7 p.m. could be for somebody quite late. Great for families with children.

Very poor organisation and communication. Check-in took more then 1 hour. Maybe an extending of a capacity at the reception would be helpful. Rooms were not very clean, but could be acceptable. Also the equipment would deserve a renovation. Fortunately we had a halfboard but the kitchen equipment would not be enough to cook every day. Despite the fact we ordered and paid the halfboard we were not on the list at the restaurant. So we have been asked to prove this at the reception. At the departure we have been asked to pay the halfboard for the 2nd time - again necessary to prove it by looking for the invoice. In fact you are asked to solve their problems - point organisation. So be careful, have everything doublechecked and confirmed on the paper.
